not to be THAT person or overly picky with art, because yours is lovely! but the way you color lance makes him look really pale. maybe it's just the saturation of the colors bc of your art style, that's cool! I just kinda had to do a double take bc without the others around (bc they're paler than him) he looks super white washed. not to be offensive or anything at all it's just! a little off looking

Regarding how I color skin, my coloring process is pretty much how you described, which is to make the dark-skinned characters darker in comparison to the lighter. This means that I usually just eyeball it instead of getting the eyedropper tool to get the exact color codes. That pretty much goes for anything– including clothes and hair. That’s just the most natural way for me to make my colors and figures look like they belong together instead of individually.

Sometimes it’s a hit, sometimes it’s a miss?;;

I’m definitely not trying to whitewash, so I’m sorry if it offended anyone.

If you’re regarding specifically about KerberosPilot!Lance, it’s because the story described him to be paler in his return due to the long time away in captivity. (Spoilers //KICKED)

I just really wanted to draw some stuff for CastleSL’s work! I don’t usually read fics, but this one was really sweet with great relationship portrayals between characters. It’s also fun seeing the team in the Galaxy Garrison setting!

Sorry, I don’t have any posted at the moment, but the plan is still there. I’m still kind of overwhelmed with school;; Right now there’s just really rough drafts of different panels waiting to be finished (or at least presentable). 

At this point tho I’m wondering if it’s better to just post the main plot points up?;;
