Thirsty bees. I tried to make an easier access to water in my fountain, and nothing worked until a zinnia fell, and has stayed floating for several days. 👏🏻👏🏻 https://www.instagram.com/p/B1cEPY9J-U1/?igshid=2r4ms6lqwzy3

Hanging out at the CA State Assembly with two members, Kevin McCarty, and James Gallagher, who represents the Butte Co. district. We were disappointed to miss Senator Nielsen and also Governor Newsom, but left each a copy of the exhibition catalog. I sat in the Assembly chambers for awhile, listening to last minute voting on parts of the budget that passed last Thursday. Interesting. Thanks to Alex Harold, Kevin’s staff person who babysat me. Fun. #archivalgallery #simpleobjectsproject #paradise #buttecounty https://www.instagram.com/p/By1iZx9pJyN/?igshid=1bcwi6kv2hh1m
Of all my fabulous friends who joined us last night, this gorgeous lady was the most surprising: my first fan, my kindergarten teacher, Miss Joanne. My class, at Sierra Elementary in Curtis Park, was her second year teaching. She’s an admirable 93. https://www.instagram.com/p/ByfwcGtJo7K/?igshid=h3qz77tzo76x
