Orangethorpe Ave. Fullerton, CA [phone] Super Mex Restaurant in Fullerton is a Long-running, family-owned chain serving classic Mexican comfort food & beer in a relaxed setting. Dining at this Classic Mexican Restaurant will surely leave you with a satisfied pallet and a desire to sample additional Entrée’s from their complete menu. My dinner choice was the Shredded Beef Super Mex Burrito and I wasn’t dissatisfied with my choice. The burrito was certainly on the larger side and included Rice, Beans and Lettuce inside. The outside was topped with Sauce, Cheese and Guacamole! It was Fantastic! As happy as I was with my entrée choice, I was equally excited when they served us their crisp, tostada style chips which you break yourself and dip in their homemade salsa. I haven’t seen chips served like this before. On this occasion I chose to dip the additional chips into the excess sauce, lettuce, rice and beans from my burrito and it turned into another beautiful eating experience that felt like a fun and exciting bonus. The entire staff was extremely friendly from the door greeter to the waitress serving the food and their colorful and inviting dining room really made this an experience that I will surely remember. In addition, the menu prices are extremely reasonable and you get a great value with their large portion sizes. Super Mex offers Order Pickup and delivery via GrubHub. Super Mex Restaurant in Fullerton is a solid choice for all of your Mexican Dining cravings and I highly recommend giving it a try.
