I saw this done with TMBG John and John (I can't find the original post :c ), so I thought I would make it with The Spine.

Alright cowboy Spine was fun, but now weāre about enter our pirate Rabbit era
I too am a Walter Robotics automaton
Because I too:
Glitch when I speak
Break down at inopportune times
Cannot walk like a normal human being
Have joints that make unnatural sounds every time I move
some dumb idiot things i made long ago iād like to relay to the masses
kinda happy with theseĀ
spg pals
iād like to ask a question bc iām nosy like that
what was the first spg song you heard, and then what was the song that finally got you hooked on the band ??
for me i heard honeybee and was like yeah ok this is good. then i didnāt think about them ever for literal years. then a while later i listened to hatch fever bc a couple pals wanted me to and fell in love with the band and now theyāre everything to me
Day 3 - unnecessicarily complex fit
SO UM. THE NEW ALBUM ART?
I am dying.
someday iāll post here more often lol until then hereās my piece for this monthās spg art prompt
happy hissing and sputtering sunday

Rarely Seen Steam Powered Giraffe Images with Bunny Part 1
Tumblr. Hi. For old times sake I thought Iād take you on a tour of hard-to-find images from earlier in our career. I created the art and posters you see here back in my 20s. Feel free to use them, these arenāt super secret, just not easily found online! Shall we begin our tour? yay!
Circa 2008- I believe this was intended as a t-shirt design, because we had some weebs early on in our Balboa Park Days, and I remember a fan asking for me to draw the bots in chibi style. It never became a shirt, but it did live on Myspace or maybe Facebook for a hot second. I donāt know why we all have little animal mascots, but at the time it felt right.
Circa 2011/2012 - Some art I did around our time at the zoo. Jon has human fingers because at the time he was the only one to wear cut off gloves that didnāt hide his skin.
Circa 2012- Part of a facebook/Tumblr promotional series of images detailing the fictional history of Steam Powered Giraffe, including this modified 80s ad. It lead to the reveal of Hatchworth with a bunch of opening doors that took like a week to get through.
Circa 2010? - You can still make your own Steam Powered Giraffe and level it up and gain hats. Itās a little mini game David programmed and I did art for. Few people have seen this advertisement I think- we only put it out there once. Anyway, the unfinished addon for this game including shooting the copper african elephants finally. Somewhere we have the concept exe I made. It just didnāt warrant getting finished due to the immense time involved and the tiny user base, but was a fun project to imagine.
Circa 2010 - The first Cavalcadium Logo. We had presidents, vice presidents and a lot of fan organization early on. It was very community driven, and we came up with The Cavalcadium to canonically include all our fans characters. The bug Cavalcadium created with its hidden lore, maps of the worlds, forum community, the giraffe pets, and the strong encouragement for fan creation helped grow our community. The fan club was dissolved eventually, but the internet community has not! The fandom has grown bigger than we ever could of imagined, and you donāt have to look far to see the wonderful work our talented audience creates!
Circa 2011 - The original cover for Globe of Yesterdayās Tomorrow- it was a gap-filling album we made because we started blowing up at the San Diego Zoo and wanted to tie people over for the promised release of Album 2, the Two-Cent Show.
Circa 2008 - The first Steam Powered Giraffe show, set at the 1956 Plifterston, New Pennsyltucky Worldās Fair. It was an acoustic show featuring actors, plot, and generally was well received! It was also the first time we met the Beciles.
Circa 2011 - Teaser image for the internet of Our themed Halloween show for āThe Ecto-Zeppelin.ā We really got into stories and themes at our shows- set dressing, lighting ambienceā¦this night featured a nice little radio play introduction of the history of the zeppelin. Fun show.
Circa 2011 - Iāve always wanted to make a Captain Albert comic. Heās my favorite SPG hero. This was some development art. Thereās more, including a cabin girl sidekick whose hair is controlled by the ghosts of her parents, a wooden robot predating Walterās, and a sentient ship made from a living blood-drinking tree. Hasnāt seen the light of day, so none of its cannon currently. Involved an Odyssey-like story where we see Captain teaming up with Pirates begrudgingly, witches with keys for fingers, and a ton of crazy monsters and stuff because weird shit is my jam.
Circa 2012 - Just a doodle I did. People always wondered why I didnāt capture my likeness here and it became evident my body dysphoria was really bad. I always drew Rabbit like a monster even though lots of people thought he was sexy in person. Slowly building confidence and patience and I transitioned a few years later. Rabbit is drawn a lot cuter these days, but not always.
2011 - Another show we did, this one has the theme of an interdimensional traveling circus run by Uncle Ralphie, the offspring of a clown and a mime. He was actually one of the characters along with GG I was working on to aim more at kids. But Uncle Ralphie is just fucking terrifying.
Circa 2008 - Unused Rabbit T-Shirt Art. Always thought it looked like youād see it at a Hot Topic.
Circa 2012 - First drawing I did of the 1896 versions of the bots during the war. This is the only Jon weāve seen like this! Thatās all for now. I hope you enjoyed this trip down memory lane into my archives. Stay safe out there. And Fuck Fascism -Bunny
āHello. Could I get an ice cream soda without the ice cream, whipped cream, cherry, syrup, or sprinkles? Oh, and can you change the seltzer water to Crystal Pepsi? Thank you.ā
