That’s a gasteria “little warty”, which is actually not in the cactus family, so it’s not a cactus.

yeah yung thats a gasteria, looks like “warty” Gasteria and might be variegated too either way, xanthorrhoeaceae, previously diverged from Liliaceae, is the family of old world “succulents” you can find Aloe, and Haworthia in. Similarly you can also find Agavaceae as a new divergence from Liliaceae where you can find “century plants” or Agave and also Yucca.
