Just some film photos I took.
Look, I dont know a lot about saints and Catholicism, but I know St. Agatha is always depicted with her breasts on a plate, and that’s sure something
Just a few more. This is a big trend.
Things I learned from the comments
She’s a patron saint of rape and abuse victims
She took a vow a chastity
A low born guy demanded her to be with him and she turned him down
For this she was imprisoned and tortured. This is how she lost her breasts (details not required)
She was repeatedly raped.
The Catholic Church regards her as a virgin for her peity despite the rape. (No matter your views on virginity this is a pretty interesting statement)
She was sentenced to death to burn at the stake but was saved by an earthquake
In her holiday people make titty cupcakes
I didn’t know she existed and now I think she’s a pretty rad woman. I would hesitate calling her a protofeminist as some often do with amazing women in history but she is pretty cool. Also she’s still very relevant today as women are still treated the way she was.
other things i learned: damn historic artists drew a woman with her own tits on a plate with Cleavage and prominent nip nops???

my kid has started to write stories and like, no lies, they’re funny as fuck
actual dialogue:
“to your battle stations, boys! it’s time to line up and see who’s tall enough for the roller coaster to hell!! some of us may not survive this, but the ones that do will get the ultimate reward.... paid.”
“here’s a penny for your thoughts, and a quarter to not tell me them”
B A B E
“everyone knows those quiet girls. the ones who never say anything at school unless a teacher makes them. the ones who you see every day but don’t know what they sound like when they laugh. lindsey is not one of those girls, but the teacher wishes she was.”
“lindsey was always loud, especially when she was being kind. she didn’t smile at people to make them happier, she screamed all the reasons they shouldn’t be sad. it was hard not to listen.”
i can’t wait to read this book tbh
thanks for all the love!!
the story is part one in a series she’s gonna write called “the 23 islands” and it’s about a planet with 23 island like lands that have like..... nothing around them?? an unknown drop and total darkness surrounding them, and each island is like a different thing?? idk how to explain it but one island is like an ancient rainforest and one is snowy mountains and one is like still in the middle ages but another has flying cars??? and it’s about a group of friends trying to find a way off their island because it’s dangerous there, and hopefully to a more habitable one??? i guess they don’t find it tho because each book is a different island
These are all amazing.
I... I want to read these books. Even if the plot doesn't work, the narration is golden.
LET US READ THE BOOKS, OP
Elven babies are not very common.
The birth of an elf is cause for great celebration, yet the ceremony surrounding it is kept in great secret. With a race that can last literal centuries, the need to reproduce is far laxer than for other, less long-lived races. Only elves are allowed to witness the baby in its first hundred days, and even then, it is kept away from larger society for the first year. When one is added to their ranks, they are given simple names, in hopes that they will lead easy lives.
Elven babies are not very common.
The birth of an elf is cause for great carefulness, for elven constitutions are not as strong as those of less long lived races. The process is long and arduous, and, as with most births, sometimes life threatening. There is a phrase in Old Elvish, lost on modern tongues, but roughly translated from Old Common to mean, “For sunrise to come, the stars must burn out.” It is a solemn phrase, never uttered in the presence of elves by non-elves.
Elven babies are not very common.
The birth of an elf is cause for great rejoicing. They are proof of a healthy community. They are wrapped in the warmest down, given the nicest clothes, and shown the greatest wonders. Scholars and other learned folks will travel across continents to come and take a gander at the baby. Many bring gifts and trinkets, in hopes that as the child begins its hundred year journey to adulthood, it will take a liking to an item of particularity, and follow that path to greatness.
Elven babies are not very common.
Elven twins far less so.
The birth of elven twins is cause for great discussion. It is an anomaly amongst the fae. They are drenched in double secret, kept hidden for twice as long. They happen, of course they happen. But only as often as when a dragon breathes its last fiery breath. And with their arrival, there is immediate loss. For the world must remain in balance, and none are closer connected to the forces of the world than the long lived folk themselves. Elven twins are often orphans. That is how The Fair Folk Are.
Elven twins receive no ceremony. There are no gifts left for them at the base of their tree. No scholars coming to study the constellations in their wake. Only murmurings and whispers. Two elves, two suns, two questions that need answers: Who will care for these double conundrums, and what paths will they take to greatness?
Elven babies are not very common.
And elven twins must learn to grow up fast.
