Fan piece finished for Sonic Mania, just one more day before the PC release too! Kept it simple mostly, which made it fun to work on.

UPDATE: Removed the blurry doodle and cleaned it up during the weekend!

Some random gal I sketched during my weekend. Mostly me playing with colors and clothing and food and...things.

A squid baddy I rendered out for fun, might do more of these. Thinking of cute enemies for a basic platformer. It’s been a while since I did grayscale to color rendering so it was a good practice!

A few select characters I did for an art project. Here I explored storytelling, character design, environmental art and game graphics. The book represents an artbook for a fictional videogame!

Really proud of the results after 4 months of hard work. I posted some other characters on my TWITTER and if you want to see everything else I did consider ordering on BLURB! :D

Batch of doodles I did inbetween my project work and so on last year. I’ve been really busy and I didn’t get to do much for personal work. I’ll be uploading what I did for the majority of the last 3-4 months of 2016 by the end of this month though.

Character design I started on last year but never finished up till now. Way to stretch time on things. I’ve got more to work on in the meantime.

Her lower part is mechanical, on which she can spin/balance.

While we are closing in on 2016, I wanted to make a quick collection of stuff I did this year. (The finished things at least) I’ve been fairly busy, and this year gave me a lot of cool opportunities. All friends, art, education and work related. So the amount of personal work I put out wasn’t that much. Next year I will make sure that’ll change!

saane‘s Nyx! First one of a series of people’s characters I’ll try to do in the upcoming few months. Really fun character, love her art. Had a few people asking why I didn’t draw Bibi but I might try her later on!

Was studying facial features and this came out of it, added a body and then I just went from there. Now she’s some kind of warrior carrying a big bottle of water? A waterbender? I don’t know. I just like girls with swords. The metallic/gold gave me some trouble, I really need to study that a little more extensively...

Been playing around with shapes, hair and clothing designs. I think I'll do a series of these random girls I can come up with. I did a similar way of shading I used on the Wakfu/Amelia picture a while ago.

I love the Kantai collection baddies, I don’t know much about this series other than it being popular in Japanland right now. There are a few games, and a series of it I believe. Either way, I saw this Seaport Hime character around a lot, and I love her design overall! <3

New logo, new blog look, and with that a new painting! I wanted to do another Midna for a long while, and I wanted to paint more. So I did just that. I put a lot of work into this, was a fun experiment! Painting her stone tablet thing, as always, was dreadful. But worth it! She just feels so incomplete without it.

Our attempt at the Global Game jam this year. I mostley did backgrounds and lettering graphics for this. (logo etc) I'm uploading this post in the final hours, so the game should be up later.

I love the Evangelion Rebuild movies, the battles and music from 3.33 were INSANE.
