Creating Venn Diagrams in Visio 2010
Been searching on how to create a venn diagram in Visio? It's actually very simple. And hidden. There is a 'Developer' tab hidden by default that enables you to fragment shapes.
Create two circle shapes, one overlapping the other.
Enable the 'Developer' tab by selecting File > Options > Advanced > Scroll down until you see the 'Run in developer mode' under the General section. Select the check box and click OK.
Select the two circle shapes you created in step one and select the 'Developer' tab.
Click the 'Operations' button and select 'Fragment'.
Now your two circles magically turned into three fragmented shapes. Color each shape and there you have it. A venn diagram in Visio!
