so. Uh…the new episode was pretty great…

I LOCKED IN SO HARD AN HOUR AFTER THE EP DROPPED, EVEN THO I SUCK AT MAKING COMIC PANELS EUGHHHHH. ANYHOO YIPPEE KING AND PURPLE

Also uhhhhh, might be a leftover headcanon from my-ahem-early Minecraft yt days, but I picture purple having permanent wings (elytra). They just have to regenerate them with the phantom membranes or be in creative mode.

AVM Episode 38 spoilers -

I personally don't like the idea of Gold being still alive, but if they ARE part of this season then I hope they're the messed up crawling glitch monster we saw in episode 38 (like, not the thingy that kidnapped Green and the Armor Stand, but the big boi that scared the shit out of Red and Blue (Unless they're the same thing?)

Bring the kid back but something is very very wrong

Make King realise in horror that his child is there but isn't really his child anymore, make him hug the monstruous buggy pixels pile that they turned into, like, imagine if King gets one final moment, one actual goodbye, where the spirit of Gold manages to take control, and then vanishes back into a mindless corrupted creature, and King realises, this is it, that this is the child he lost but it's also not them anymore and he's never getting them back, and he can't do anything about it but try to protect this bunch of very alive kids from it. Let him accept, and finally start the healing process.

(If they do bring Gold back with full happy ending, I guess we'll get to have canon Purple/Gold sibling dynamic at least. Buuuut, mainly hoping this isn't the outcome of the season. Though I'm so curious and excited to see how this whole arc is gonna turn out nonetheless and I guess none of this is gonna make any sense in a few episodes, but I like to overthink theories (and though I love fluff I'm an angst lover too. Make this old man suffer more so he can get an extra dose of fluff with his new adopted kid and extended group of little guys in the end.)

OMG

THERE'S A LOT HAPPENING BUT

FOCUS ON OTHERS DUOS (as in, differents than previous seasons)

YELLOW AND ORANGE ! BLUE AND RED ! (And poor Green in jail again)

Also King just... completely freezing in front of the glitch. Let's not forget this guy tried to kill Minrcraft and himself two seasons ago. He is gonna recklessly risk his life for these kids, I can smell it. And like... him trying to keep these stupid kids from hurting themselves, having to act like a parental figure (despite probably feeling like the last adult who should have the responsibility of the CG, considering their history) ? And everyone holding hands, that's so wholesome?! Yellow and Orange actually listening to King and staying in the house ? Red being so determined to go find what happened to Green ? And what the heck is that big monster blocky thingy ?

Yeah, just very random reactions, but I'm really excited to see the dynamics of the duos we got.
