It’s not a camera, that’s highly illegal (granted you are in the US) and protected against under the 4th amendment of the Constitution of the United States. It is a motion sensor to protect the store from people hiding in the dressing rooms after hours (for whatever reason). The motion detector would only be set off if the store alarm is armed and would alert the police and alarm company of an intruder. Again, not a camera.
