the word 'productivity' had such stressing connotations for me for so long thanks to #grind culture and my procrastinating tendencies... i want to change that. this is where i post anything school/academics-related as well as how i'm doing regarding my personal goals such as reading more and learning new languages on the side. if you think we have similar goals, let's be mutuals <3

I love treating each stage of my life with care and respect even if I don’t like it at the time. So I can look back later and know I didn’t take it for granted. And refusing to be jealous of where others are at. It’s a self-respect thing

i need to get more involved w the school this year and study more. the latter will happen whether i like it or not

thinking of emailing random physicians in another country asking for an observership opportunity for my next semester break. it's still early for that so i'm just Thinking. i haven't even done it yet and it already feels stressful and embarrassing
