Rules/Guidelines!

Hi, all. As you can see, this blog is…very new. So I want to start off on the right foot, so nothing goes astray! These rules/guidelines are subject to change at any point, but I will do my best to keep this updated and posted at regular intervals. 

All prompts must be exclusively Stony as the main pairing. Hence the blog name. 

No paedophilia - seriously. This is non-negotiable. 

Any non-con/dub-con must be tagged and if possible, hidden behind a read-more. Let’s not make things more difficult for others just because you don’t wanna follow the rules and be considerate. 

If you end up using a prompt, please come back and let us all know in the prompt post replies! We’d all love to read it. 

Re: #4, I will try to keep the posts numbered and organised, but I can’t guarantee that I will consistently stay on it. But I will try my damnedest! 

I’m not sure if submissions can be anonymous for this blog, so: If you want your submission to be anon, please say so in the submission post and I will post the prompt in a new post with no names on it.

More to come when I can think of them, and if there are any guidelines you’d like to see on the list, feel free to send an ask/message, and I will certainly consider adding on!

Hey I have a prompt where Tony is on death row and Steve is a new officer there, he fully believes Tony is innocent (obie definitely framed him) they fall in love and I can't decide whether I want Tony to be proved innocent or for tony to have had something amazing before he dies

I've got a prompt: Tony, big shot, three-sport athlete who's trying to get into an Ivy league college for his dad, breaks his ankle and scrambles for a new extracurricular. He does robotics club and meets nerdy little Steve Rogers who's awesome! but Steve's best friend is running against Pepper for student council president. bonus points for obnoxiously preppy Tony and obnoxiously kind Steve!!

Not a prompt, but a PSA!

Wattpad users are stealing fanfiction from Tumblr and AO3 and are uploading it without permission to Wattpad. Usually as individual chapters in a work titled 'X one-shots' or 'X stories'.

Literal hundreds of authors have been stolen from. Search Tumblr for 'Wattpad' or 'plagiarism' if you want details.

Please, all authors and readers, do a weekly or monthly search on Wattpad for stolen fanfiction. Without action and repercussions this will not stop.

You can Google search for the title of your story or search a copied paragraph to see if your work has been uploaded somewhere else. Anywhere that search is being hosted will show as a result.

Please help by informing fellow fandom members and by reblogging. All fandoms and ships are being affected, from Hetalia to the MCU, from Supernatural to Good Omens and Pacific Rim.

Angst with a Hapy ending stevetony prompt. CA Civil War Canon Divergence fic but with Civil Warrior crashing into the MCU universe and trying to fix the whole Sokovia Accords mess before the Avengers falls apart.

Sorry if this has been in the ask box for a while! But here’s Prompt 78! It is definitely something I would love to read! - what can I say, “angst with a happy ending” is my jam.

I just watched the first jumanji with robin williams and I had a thought where steve and tony were childhood best friends and one day they found the game and played it and either tony/steve got stuck in the jungle while the other got called crazy and couldnt live normally after the disappearance. Fastforward to like maybe 20 or 30 years, where peter parker and harley keener found the game, freed the trapped one and time go back to their childhood era where they eventually marry and adopt peter.

Evidently, Prompt 77 has been in the ask box for a while (and I’m so so so sorry for that!!!!), but here y’all go - a Jumanji!AU would be p e r f e c t to read!

Can I submit a prompt with an anonymous ask? I saw this: ‘Your best friend has amazing powers that he is wasting away. You decide to give him a lift by acting as a villain.’ Identity porn?! After Steve comes out of the ice and after Loki he wants to be done, but Tony doesn’t want to let him give up. Set in an identity porn AU where Iron Man only got Tony out of Afghanistan? But Tony consults for Shield. Some things to be worked out with the timeline/canon, but I would love to read this so much!

STONY ANGST PROMPT. Steve, a police officer and Tony, a robotics professor are husbands then Tony gets diagnosed with brain cancer. Tony, decides to seek treatment secretly, however Steve notices the negative effects Chemotherapy has done to Tony's body. Steve finds out and tries to persuade Tony to get better treatment. However, Tony can't and he says he is tired. After a very long debate, Steve gives in and they forgo treatment. He tries to make Tony's last days on earth happier.

Prompt 74 just gave me a huge case of the sads. But I am so here for it.

i’m so very glad this blog exists. it’s so wonderful to see all the ideas stonies can come up with! prompt! knives out au! i can’t believe no one has done this yet. the avengers are the thrombeys and fury (?) is harlan. tony is marta, steve is ransom, nat is linda, clint is walt, etc. since they grew up rich they’re the jerk-y versions of the characters we know and love. tony and steve have a ton of sexual tension. maybe steve did it maybe not, who knows? i just need murder mystery stony fics!

Unfortunately, Prompt 73 has had to wait a whole week before being posted (because mod has memory issues and often forgets things)! As I haven’t seen Knives Out, I can’t say much about this prompt except “Yes, please, who cares about the canon when we have THESE AMAZING CHARACTERS AND A MURDER MYSTERY STONY!” so, uh, yeah, here’s prompt 73!

I've seen plenty of A/B/O stories and they quite often end with MPreg, but I've never seen one where Cap was *pregnant* when he went into the ice (presumably by some appropriate-to-the-canon-used lost love) and his relationship with Tony developed not as some kind of love-at-first-scent, but slowly, as Tony helped him handle this revelation, the pregnancy and its associated issues in a new world. (Sorry if this breaks any guidelines -I looked but couldn't find them)

Not to worry, dear nonnie, no guidelines were broken (although you’ve reminded me to reblog them...)!
