I’m re-purposing my old RP account for my main cosplay account. Ask-Neko-Heichou no longer exists... he exists in the memories, but is no longer online. There are posts still around, but will no longer be creating content in his name.  Tbh I’ve not used Neko Heichou for many years now... he pretty much died late 2014... so RIP Neko Heichou.
