Every January feels as if it lasts forever.
I learned a lot from January. How it's possible to be so overwhelmingly at peace with how time stands still, but filled with so much despair at the sudden halt.
When someone you love is told that they don't have much time left, you learn to appreciate every last millisecond you have with them.
You learn that every memory of them at they're strongest, happiest, and most energetic is gone.
You learn that it's possible to grieve a person while they're still alive.
You grieve the memories you'll never get back, you grieve the dreams of the future that you'll never see, but most disturbing of all, is you grieve the person they once were.
But what you also get to realize is that all the times they seemed courageous and wise will feel miniscule compared to what you will see in front of you. For them to look death in the face and say with as much strength as they have left "It is what it is."
Me when someone uses the word "gas station" in a sentence:
Bring Me The Horizon // Drown
the thing is.. it is the humidity that gets you...
worst part about getting angry is how much it makes you want to be mean
sorry i said something dickish. a few mildly frustrating things happened to me in succession and it turned me evil
