To familiarize myself with character creation in CAIN (the Psychic Death Soldier TTRPG by Tom Bloom (marry me Tom Bloom)) and to stress test the goggle sheets based Character sheet I made (see last post) I went through the whole process for making for making Exorcists with a group of NPC's I have planned for the campaign. -technically this is like spoilers or whatever, but the chances of one of my (as of yet not introduced) players finding my underused tumblr is astronomically low. Meet Site "H"-otel's "receptionists" a team of rivals and potential confidantes to the members of the Party. However 4/5 of them have been here far longer than you, and have their own entanglements between eachother, the staff, and the "Aunts and Uncles": the site's handler and two (there's definitely only 2) senior exorcists

who I also did cards for.

I was vaguely inspired by kirlian photography for the effects the exorcist's psychic powers have on their ID photos, at least at the start :p

My intent is that the IDs are a diagetic part of the setting, a player who say wants to get one up on a rival (say Hyun) might try and steal or otherwise read theie ID card to know what his abilities are (presuming they can figure out the CID), and of course old id cards from people wo definately don't exist might help unravel the mysteries of Site H-otel

So I may or may not be running a CAIN campaign soon. But I don't like PDF character sheets, I prefer google docs. But it would be criminal to make a sauceless character sheet for a game as *aesthetic* and *vibrant* as CAIN, so I spent like 2 days cooking my own sauce to simmer it in. The ID card was made by this guy (you'll need something that can open PSD files to alter it... but like... Krita is free... so...)

So since I posted it on a whim before it was done, here's the rest of it.

These aren't actual characters but representations of the different classes of underlings you can have in a Blades in the Dark hack "Snowblind" I'm working on. Representing minions that are good at Socialization, Violence and Stealth respectively. (It is my faint Vague hope that this generalization from 5 minion types to 3 makes them more usable by players.) I was pretty happy to have thought up the "Pest animal" theming for the class names.
