I hate having anxiety at night it’s the worst. I hate it because it makes me overthink about what I’m doing wrong in my life, and it makes me feel bad about myself and worry about things that I feel like I don’t need to worry about. I’ve been awake for about two hours now as it’s about 1:50am. I just hate living with anxiety cause I feel like I can’t do anything right. And now I don’t know if I’ll be able to sleep because I got a pit in my stomach because my anxiety is so high.
