As much of a good soldier he could be, Shinya was never really interested neither able to care for paperwork or anything of that crap assigned to him, yeah he had tons of work to do actually but he always would end finishing when the nights were long and sleep couldn’t come because he had the ability to do so. If he hadn’t anything more interesting to do he may actually work for once but as always had been since a few last years, he started to develop a certain habit.
And so he stood out of Guren’s office knowing already, kinda, how things would go once he knocked on the door so for this time he just didn’t follow the rules and opened the door as he knocked on it “Hello~ Guren!” He was wondering if Guren would tell him to fuck off or just ignore him which was quite interesting and fun, “I didn’t had anything to do so~ I thought you may appreciate my company for now~”
Of course…
That was a lie as always but as long no one knew there were no problems about it and as long as he could bother Guren he could keep smiling another day knowing that such an idiot could relax a bit with him, or so he hoped.

When the door flung open, Guren did not look up at the intruder, did not bother to spare him even one glance --- for who ᴇʟsᴇ could it have been?
ʜ ᴇ ᴀ ᴅ ᴀ ᴄ ʜ ᴇ ;; he could feel it coming from miles away. A routine by now, apparently. Shinya was that kind of visitor one expected to show up, but hoped wouldn’t due to last-minute illness or something along those lines. For some reason, however, he always did; quite healthy, and more annoyingly so. Of course, wishing harm upon others (vampires aside) was harsh, but it wouldn’t hurt if Shinya felt tired and decided to stay AWAY once in awhile.
Purplish hues remained fixated on some documents he held in hand. What they said mattered so little, and yet, his interest laid with them at this very moment --- anything but Shinya would do. He’d choose ʙᴏʀᴇᴅᴏᴍ over ᴀɴɴᴏʏᴀɴᴄᴇ any day. Well, not that there was a choice to begin with.
❝ Don’t ”ʜᴇʟʟᴏ~ ɢᴜʀᴇɴ” me, Shinya. Knock before you enter --- or rather: don’t come in. ❞
Each word dripped heavily of monotone.
❝ Since when did I ᴇᴠᴇʀ appreciate your company? On the other hand, --- If you were to make a ᴜ-ᴛᴜʀɴ out that door, I’d be grateful indeed. ❞
