Strawberry Thoughts🍓

It's been a month since Valko's debut (June 22nd) and 3 weeks of non stop protesting for Valko's return.

I've been super occupied with the protest; constantly posting, reposting, sharing information with CN Valko supporters that I've neglected writing and drawing for a bit.

Until recently!

Since the future of Valko returning to LADS is looking bright as the media is helping clear things up, society's view on Valko is turning positive, and the culprits spreading negative posts/ misinformation turned out to be minors who shouldn't even be touching this game or otome games in general, I've started getting back into my regular routine again.

Recently I've created a strawpage (That's still a W.I.P.), so I'll be easier to follow my socials, want to get to know me, and possiblely get commissions for art/ writing suggestions in the future.

Another thing is that I'm still working on the Valko fics. FYI, I am the type to start writing something, but then drop it because of low motivation or fear of moving forward with things, so posting them will take a while.

I do have a lot of ideas; I just suck at executing them. (I never really shown/post my writings before, so give me some grace please🙏🏾).

I have always enjoyed creating content because i genuinely love the game and the lovely community. My goal has always been to share that passion through art that brings excitement and enjoyment to fellow players.

I was deeply disappointed by the recent announcement. Many players were eagerly looking forward to valko, and the sudden decision has left a large part of the community feeling disheartened. Seeing so many passionate players affected by this has also been difficult for me as a creator, I sincerely hope it gets resolved soon. I truly want to continue creating content that brings positivity.

I wish I can write out everything that has happened with LADS, but I'm too tired to.

TLDR:

- Valko is not in the update (Though parts of him are still in the game)

- Spicy Cards are getting censord (Im adding in edit)

- Valko is being nuked from the official discords

- Infold hasn't put out anything except a post on their jp twitter about maintenance.

- Players are freaking out, angry, giving up, uninstalling the game

Congrats Infold/papergames, you have ruined LADS and the people's trust in you.

Regarding how I will handle things going forward:

- I've uninstalled the game and will not be coming back unless Valko is added again

- I will keep fighting for Valko

- I will keep writing storys about/ with Valko (I have a few fics in the chamber that I'm working on, but they'll probably get posted later down after I mentally recover from this).

Everything has been crazy and the global support for Valko is extraordinary. I wanted to share all the achievements, updates, and resources here for you guys, so we can get more support. To show Infold how much we care about this game, the boys, and how Important Valko is to the game/community.

We lost an entire section of the MAIN STORY.

The livestream literally told us Valko's release was going to reveal more about the Aethercore—one of the biggest mysteries in Love and Deepspace and something that's been central to the plot from the very beginning.

So now what?

You think they can just delete him and nothing changes?

Do people genuinely think you can rip out an entire story arc without consequences?

Everything that was supposed to be revealed through Valko now has to be rewritten, redistributed, or outright cut. The main story is going to have to be retconned. Future updates are going to have to be reworked. Characters may have to be rewritten just to fill the gap he leaves.

If you're celebrating this because you "won," I sincerely hope you understand what you've actually cheered for.

We'll get through it, Just keep boycotting and fighting (Without fighting agaisnt the cn players, bc we all need to stick together). We are peaceful, but loud, and they will hear us. Summary: Some comfort after having a hard, emotional day.

You sat outside on your balcony looking up at the pink and orange hue of the sunset in front of you. You were exhausted and close to breaking down after the day you had. Constant bad thoughts roaming around your brain that you can’t seem to shake off. Not being able to calm yourself down, you curled into a ball and hugged yourself, hoping it would all go away.

“You ok pup?” a smooth, deep voice called out from the doorway beside you.

You shook your head, not looking up at Valko as you didn’t want him to see you cry. He took your silence as a bad sign and squatted down in front of you.

“Do you wanna talk about it?” He asks curiously.

After a minute of silence, you finally got the courage to look up at him. Though your vision was blurred, you can see the worry in his soft boba eyes, and it broke your heart even more. Valko quickly hugged you as he saw you start to cry even harder. It pained him to see you like this. Usually you’re either yelling at him or pulling little pranks on him, but to see you so quiet and closed off into a shell.

It wasn’t right at all.

“Hey, hey look at me,” he says softly, holding up your head.“Whatever happened to make you this upset, it will be alright.”

His thumb caresses your cheek, wiping away fallen tears. Though his hands are rough, you can feel the sentiment from his actions.

“No matter what, you’ll always have me” Valko promises, “I’m your comfort, your rock, your sunshine, your moonlight.”

“Hell I’ll even be your punching bag if you need to let it all out, just don’t let these sad emotions affect your perspective of the future.”

His comforting words made your heart feel alot lighter and your emotions feeling a little bit less draining. You finally got a good look at him and smiled for the first time today. He looked like he just woke up with his wild bed head and he wore this goofy grin which made him even more wolf-like. You never thought a guy like him could make you feel so many things. You cherish him so much for how much he cares about you, and you feel the same for him.

“Alright, alright no more sobbing and crying” He says, picking you up and walking in the house, “Let’s spend our time on something much better, like a movie or taking a big nap together, I’m tired anyways….”

He rambled on and on about the many things he wanted to do with you. His constant yapping didn’t bother you, all you cared about in the moment was that he was by your side (in your personal space as always). The days will have their ups and downs, and that’s ok. You’ll be ok.

Because at the end of the day

You have Valko

Valko has You

And that’s all that matters.

[Warning: Rant about Infold/papergames's decision on Valko]

Hallo everyone🩷🍓

So as we all heard the news of Infold/Papergames completely taking away Valko, and not just poseponing him and fixing the game. It has deeply hurt me as a long term LADS player that Infold/Papergames would do something so idiotic as this and basically making everything worse.

Instead of simply giving what the whole community wants, they rather ignore the global fanbase, waste money/time/resources for whatever is being pulled with the CN side of things, and break the hearts of many people who made/ were excited for Valko.

I was one of those excited fans.

For months I've been logging in and out of the game, only doing dailies and barely touching any other part of the game, since it wasnt fun anymore. Just the same boring mini games I've played hundreds of times, orbits and battles that I can barely win because the lack of resources and decent ways to farm diamonds is trash. The boys (Mainly sylus & Caleb) stories have barely been updated, so I didnt really care to play the game much.

Then Valko was announced.

I've never been so excited and In love with a character in my life. Hell I even started to write stories again. Valko is the first person/character I've ever finished and posted a fic of (I usually don't finish stores when I'm not motivated). I was playing the game fully again, trying to catch up on the story, farming/ saving diamonds the best that I could. Have an actual purpose to keep playing the game.

Then they took that away.

People's money, time, energy, emotions wasted just because of toxic behavior and opinons from grown ass adults crying over a mobile game, and Infold/papergames folded into their demands. Now their company name really fits their non backbone having asses.

As for now Im boycotting LADS/Infold/Papergames. I deleted the app, posted a bunch on my twitter, signed petitions, and unfollowed all of their socials. I can't support the company's mistrust and the damage they have done to the people who have worked their asses off to make Valko.

They cannot and will not erase Valko.

As for what I'll be doing going forwards is still protest until they give us valko and fix their mistakes. I will keep making Valko posts/ Fics, I'll treated him as my oc if LADS doesn't reconsider. I been a day 1 Valko lover (As a sylus main/ 2nd for Caleb) and I'm not letting him be thrown away into the trash.

Anyways, Boycott LADS, Keep loving our werewolf, Don't give up and have a blessed night🩷🍓

Summary: You're sent out on a emergency patrol in Linkon, until the unexpected arrives.

The night grows long as you’re stuck on duty as an emergency call was signaled to your hunter’s watch. The association had caught weird energy fluctuations scattered around Linkon that wasn’t like any wanderer they’ve fought before. Immediately they sent out an alert for citizens to watch out and stay indoors to make sure there were no casualties while dealing with the mysterious being.

You were walking among the alleyways as you figured the unknown entity would hide within the shadows as there were no commotion coming from the streets. You weren't too worried, but you still kept your guard up to stay ready for whatever would happen. But what you weren't ready for was to hear a deep voice making a snarky comment from behind you.

“I didn’t think I was that hard to spot, you practically walked passed me”

You quickly turn around, guns held high towards your target as he stands in a corner with one foot up, eating chocolate that he held in his hand. He was a tall, broad man with short red hair, wolf ears (Which is strange when he has human ears too), and a long fluffy tail. His eyes glowed gold as he stared at you with a quirked eye brow and a smirk.

“What’s the matter? Wolf got your tongue?”

You roll your eyes as you recognise the wolf man and lower your guns.

“Why are you out here Valko? You got the fluctuation signals going wild, and the association had to send out an emergency alert.” you complained, “I should be home right now, but I’m stuck on patrol.”

“I’m sorry that I wanted take a midnight stroll, but at least now you get to be in my presence again”

Valko was being a smartass as always, but you know that taking a night stroll wasn’t the real reason he’s out here. The association’s signals wouldn’t have gone off that easily.

“Valko…” you crossed your arms, getting more and more irritated by the second.

“Alright, alright, I maaaay have set off the signal on purpose to see you in work mode.”

You looked at him dumbfounded by his idea. He really has been watching you all night patrolling for his own entertainment. Now you’re really annoyed.

“Hey, but I gotta say you are hot looking all serious and stuff-” Before he could utter another word, you punched him in the gut, making him fall to the ground holding his stomach.

“Do it again and I swear I’ll change the locks to my apartment” You scolded him as you turned to go back to go to the association, so you can write your report and finally clock out.

"Yes ma'am" Leaving Valko on his knees whimpering from his aching stomach. You know he’ll be ok though, he’s a "big bad wolf" anyways.

You were sitting on your couch scrolling on your phone as you heard a rattling sound coming from your balcony door. Soon, you felt the cool breeze hit your skin and the vibration of heavy footsteps coming towards you. At first you don’t pay any attention to him, but he snatches your phone away before you could react. He’s already bothering you for attention.

“I’m hungry, do you have anything in the fridge?” Valko asks, already searching through your kitchen as if he owns the place. “ It seems like we need to go shopping-”

“Did I give you permission to barge into my home and raid my kitchen?” You interrupted, scowling at him over your couch.

“It seems like it since you’re not telling me to leave,” Valko remarked, walking back to you, “Do you want me to leave?”

You stared back at him for a second. You did want him to stay, but you’re not gonna admit that, so you rolled your eyes and turned away from him. Seeing you're feisty attitude, Valko shook his head and decided to pry more.

“That’s not an answer pup…” He jumped onto the couch and pulled you up to him. His rough hand softly holding up your chin to look at him.

“Do you want me to go or do you want me to stay?” He asks again slowly.

You noticed his voice had gotten softer, smooth honey when he asked. His golden eyes set on yours, waiting for you to answer his question even though he already knows what it was.

“Stay” you mumbled while looking away.

“Speak up, I didn’t hear you” Valko smirked, knowing damn well what you said.

“I SAID STAY” You yelled annoyed, though a growing smile plagued your face. Valko laughed from your reaction and pulled you down with him on the couch. Spoon you from behind and keeping you from almost falling off the couch.

“Good, I wasn’t planning on leaving anyways” He purred, snuggling closer to you.
