Okay, but imagine...going to order breakfast with your caregiver. You go to a cozy breakfast diner, driving down the road with the scent of morning dew blowing in the car and the glowing sun peeking over the horizon, and stepping inside the diner with some very lazy, but comfortable, clothes on. Picking out everything you’re going to eat together, drawing pictures on your paper placemat of all your favorite things, your caregiver cutting up all your food for you, knowing that you’re too little to handle such big pieces of food. Meanwhile, the diner is peacefully quiet with only a few other patrons, the aroma of pancakes, sausage links, and fresh coffee filling your nose.

All is well. You couldn’t ask for a better morning.

Just a quick reminder that:

💫 it’s okay to have a very specific age that you regress to

💫 it’s okay to have a huuuge age range that you regress within (like me)

💫 it’s okay to not know what age you regress to

Stuff like that can be tricky to figure out so don’t put pressure on yourself to decide on a small age! You don’t need labels (unless you want them) and you’re regression is just as valid without them ^-^

Want something you can’t reach? Don’t worry, mama will get it for you!

Tying a baby’s shoes for them ^^

Helping them dress themselves! Having issues with a button or zipper? Mama’s already got it!

Sippy cups.. juice? Water? Coffee? As long as it’s in moderation, of course you can have it, kiddo! Which cool pattern do you want today?

Diapers, if you use them! No, don’t worry, mama doesn’t think they’re gross. You’re a tiny little baby, aren’t you? And tiny babies use nappies!

Cutting food into pretty shapes. Want your toast like a heart? What about a star? Yummy snacks always taste better when made with love!

And of course, head pats. Always a classic!
