The concept: something eldritch and spooky. I always find my thumbnail sketches amusing. Idk why. Just look at the state I guess.

I did originally draw this before I started doing some new stylistic stuff so this is more like my other art. Idk what my plan for the background was at this point. But the concept was the Crown of Stars spell.

This is when I started adding stuff. And then more stuff. I ended up getting rid of the nosebleed because it didn't really fit the vibe anymore, but I am a slut for "magic users have nosebleeds" trope, so.
