Seattle Folks with Disabilities!
(and folks who are in community with folks with disabilities)
The Seattle Department of Transportation is working on something they call the ADA Transition Plan, prioritizing public works projects that improve accessibility for disabled residents, and they are looking for community input! Specifically, they want to know what transportation infrastructure (roads, sidewalks, public transit, rails, etc.) that you encounter in your daily life or around your neighborhood could be improved upon and made more accessible for you. If you're looking for an opportunity to get your voice heard and see improvements to accessible public infrastructure that impacts you, your community, and the city as a whole, please fill out this survey posted by SDOT. For more information on the project, please check out the page below.
We are updating our Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan to which will help us ensure our city is accessible and inclusive

It's always fun when an author claims their work contains no politics, because either they're blatantly lying, or they genuinely think they're telling the truth and you get a lot of insight into what assertions about human nature they regard as so obviously and self-evidently true as to lie outside the political sphere.
