Gimme a couple of days. I’m gonna go try to draw some angsty Jonathan Crane stuff. BRB with results.
The only Scriddler I’m willing to accept:
Scarecrow: I love you.
Riddler: I love me, too.
Riddler: Fuck, sorry.
The Dork Squad Gets Robbed
It’s early in the morning when a knock is heard at the abandoned building’s front door. It must be Penguin’s henchmen with the trio’s not-so-legally obtained goods, Riddler assumes, hunched over his desk with a few plans scattered over the surface. The Scarecrow hardly looked up from his chemistry table, gesturing to the door. Instantly thenHatter pops up and trots over to the door, creaking it open.
Call Hatter old fashioned, but he’d assumed the thugs would have been bigger and beefier and, well, adults. Instead there are two little girls, pulling behind them a wagon full of cookies.
One of the girls recognizes Hatter and shrieks, causing the Hatter to shriek as well, hopping nervously and stuttering for his friends to come. Scarecrow and Riddler rush to see what’s going on, and soon its the squad and the girl scouts standing there, staring in silent panic. That’s when one of the girls snaps a photo of them, and as fast as lightning, has already typed up a message to the GCPD.
What were the villains supposed to do? Hatter suggested mind control, while Scarecrow suggested a bit of “chemical persuasion” to make them buzz off, but in the end, these were KIDS.
A solution is at hand, however. One of the girls raises her hand. Perhaps, she suggests, their silence could be “bought”.
The three look at each other, realizing they have no other choice.
An hour later, a couple of Penguin’s henchmen roll up with the supplies, approaching the door and giving it a knock. Scarecrow answers, and even though he’s wearing a mask, he looks like he not only lost a battle, but the entire war. He informs them in a small voice that they won’t be able to pay them for their services. One of the thugs asks why, but Scarecrow won’t say, but just over his shoulder, one could see Riddler, slumped in his seat, head in his hands, all the while Hatter is sobbing in the corner. If one were astute enough, they would be able to see that the walls are lined with boxes and boxes of Lemonades, Thin Mints, Caramel Delights, and so, so much more.
The thugs awkwardly agree to pass on Scarecrow’s defeated apology to Penguin. The villain shuts the door, and just before the henchmen left, they hear the collective sigh of three broken men as they open up a few boxes to drown out their sorrows.
There’s got to be a point in Gotham where the villains have caused so much destruction and death that the citizens are BEGGING Batman to just kill the rogues. And Batman’s like “no, it’s not right.” And then Joker breaks out an hour later and bombs an orphanage.
I get he’s trying to be noble, but there’s a limit.
Bruce Wayne: *is sad*
Jim Gordon, breakdancing softly: what’s wrong, son
Okay but what song is he breakdancing to?
All Batman media can just be summarized with “bad guy fucks around and finds out”.
All these p*rn bots following me and they ain’t even hiding it. Like, you expect me to believe a hot woman would follow my trash? Let alone multiple? I cast a +12 Virginity Protection spell on my blog so I know better.
Casting this spell on my side blogs as well.
“you wanna know how i this insane?”
the joker
are you serious?
I would like to thank my newest follower who has been liking every one of my posts, as they’ve taken me on a trip down memory lane. Watching myself develop over the years is a nice feeling. I also like finding posts or jokes I forgot I made. Occasionally I’m like “I said that? Oh yeah. I guess I did. Huh.”
Fallen Angel
Need to post this because I’ve been picking at it for the past thirty minutes getting nowhere.
Not completely satisfied, as I’m not the best with lighting. However, I’m glad I finally got into art again and don’t mind posting a bit of practice.
happy new year fellow rogues

Scarecrow likes to think of himself as a brilliant, sophisticated individual, but we must also acknowledge that he is has the same cleanliness and mannerisms as a feral cat with mange.
The Dork Squad has Eddie, a little greasy from working on his machines. It has Jervis, the posh little ball of whimsy. And then you have that mangy recluse who is covered in hay and literally lives in a barn. He’s unkempt and straw gets everywhere and all over the plans and he smells like a farm in the worst way possible, the absolute cockroach. Edward and Jervis appreciate him nonetheless and carpool with him to the next destination of their scheme, despite knowing that the uncouth savage in the back seat probably ate a rat he found a few hours ago because barns don’t have kitchens and because he hasn’t interacted with living humans in like a year.
Jervis wants to hang an air freshener from Jonathan’s neck, but knows Jonathan would probably eat him alive for that offense because Jonathan is an Salmonella-covered undomesticated rat that became a real boy.
Pain only let me sleep for 3 hours, so I decided to de-stress by painting. Been thinking about Ivy for a few days now, as I’ve been debating about different designs I like for a future smart doll custom I’d like to do. Way in the future, but OH to dream!
I love her. Her hair reminds me of a bouquet of roses.
So DCULSS only has a few chapters left and I’m struggling against the urge to write a Batman series where each chapter is a different rogue being interviewed by detectives after the first time they get caught. Basically a character study in each one. Explore how they react to certain questions or basically freaking out and scaring the cops. It would either follow Detectives Montoya and Bullock as the protagonists and tell a loose story that connects each one, or it could be told in a very official, newspaper-styled fashion and broken up with bits of transcript from interview and ending with a read of their later sentence when prosecuted. Leaning towards the former. It’d mostly be a way to sort of establish my own universe as each villain sort of tells their own story while Montoya and Bullock work together to get details down and getting some of the more stubborn or aggressive to spill the beans through real interrogation tactics.
It would be PURE dialogue and interaction focused. And it would also give me a motive to sketch each character before and after. Gahhhh 4 AM me has big aspirations and yet little restraint. I have to focus on the stories I already have but gahhhh it’s tempting to write but I have to FINISH MY HATTERCROW STORY FIRST GAHHHH
I hadn’t updated DCULSS in over a year and when I finally do there’s people who instantly read it talking about how good it still is and I’m over here in tears like “what did I do to deserve such kindness?”
Gotham residents are just trying to exist peacefully and the Rogues are like “how fucking dare you”

Doctor Crane’s Ugly Little Stepping Stones — Chapter 18
Jonathan and Jervis are trying to figure out how to get back to the hideout and how to dispose of their hostages, but get an unexpected, and very unwelcome, surprise when an old associate pokes his head in.
