One of the things I've tried really hard to do recently is take pictures around my home. I think it's very easy to lose perspective and find yourself thinking that the only things worth taking pictures of have to be from some pristine magazine cover location--that they can't possibly be found in your backyard.

It's so easy to miss the things in front of you if you don't take time to look.
