I just wanted to remind you all that opting not to study at cute café’s or fancy places because you want to save money is fine. There’s nothing to be ashamed of. We’re all students here. Just because the desk you’re on isn’t picture-perfect or “studyblr worthy” doesn’t make you any less of a studyblr. You do you!

i have one more exam till i’m officially a junior - eek!!! but i’m not done with learning since i have to take this 2 week online course on how to be a good student, hence the notes on taking notes haha!

i have a lot of projects to do for school this month so ofc that means more studyblr pics!!

took my last AP exam for this year on this past tuesday, and i feel pleased with how i did 😄 but now i feel so unmotivated haha but i have just three more weeks of school!!!

NON AESTHETIC STUDYBLRS

I must say I am very happy to see “real posts” on the explore page when I search for studyblrs. 

Not discrediting aesthetic studyblrs, but sometimes they portray impossible perfectionist standards. While the aesthetic is nice to strive for, showing what studying actually looks like is important as well.

I am seeing A LOT of small organic studyblrs with “non aesthetic posts”. You guys are posting the reality of student life and I👏🏼 AM 👏🏼HERE 👏🏼FOR 👏🏼IT!!! I can see that you are all working so hard to study and stay motivated and I am so proud of you! You are doing great work!!! 

Keep it up you guys!!

shoutout to all high school dropouts, students who didn’t get accepted into college, students who used to be on honor roll but became overwhelmed, students who study for hours but still fail tests, or student who don’t study at all due to depression/anxiety, you are all stars and I’m wishing y'all the best luck possible to get back on your feet

U kno what???? Honestly?? All jokes side about the Duolingo owl, Duolingo is one of the only language education services I know of that doesn’t charge for the full course and I really think we don’t appreciate that enough in a world where knowledge is severely (and increasing) restricted based on income. I just went through the app store and downloaded every language app I can find, and the only two that didn’t charge hefty subscription fees to access all the lessons were duolingo and memrise. Support free education.

AP Psychology exam in two days 😩

my first ever AP exam is this monday... but i did well on our mock exam yesterday so i feel relatively prepared 😅

takin some chem notes and watchin matilda (aka my fave children’s movie) on this fine sunday while i can still enjoy :-)

also!! reminder to stay hydrated!! as basic as it may sound, simply drinkin water can really make a difference, which is why i always keep my nalgene bottle (reusable bottles for the win!!) with me :-).
