anyway..i thought about it and the only thing i truly and absolutely love about myself is the fact that i only ever have good intentions and want everyone to find real joy (not det happy bullsh*t i’m talkin..joy!!) which is something that i think can only come from choosing to never ever harbor anger but ppl are just angry..no matter what they are just....mad af!!! but i think i am just as angry at myself for being totally driven by wanting to make everyone else feel less angry lol *ahem* as dr. melfi said depression is anger turned inwards 

(but how can u preserve ur good intentions if u choose to turn that anger out and channel it into the world? it is impossible lol there is no answer..are there ppl who truly do not experience anger? or are we all too traumatized as a civilization to ever stand a chance at existing w/o it? anger is suffocatingly oppressive and feels more like a glitch than a natural reaction..)
