                she wasn’t a child ----- eve was already eighteen but he couldn’t help but have a need to do so.  he felt this overwhelming feeling to shield her, to rewrite the wrong, and establish something with her.  there might be something underneath his intentions of wanting to protect her, one that hints towards a past that he never had. an imagination fixated on the idea, the concept of what a happy family is suppose to be.  ❛  no, i’m sorry it’s not but that’s what family does -----  we are family aren’t we, eve?   ❜  features frozen,  hues reflect the similar traumatic experience, one that so few shared.

              let it be known that every time they had to force jonsey to use his powers for the full effect, they had to sedate him.  putting him to sleep so that they could observe and see any changes. when he’s awake, they force him to use his powers mostly from pain because he can make someone experience painful emotions. at some point, he whipped away someones morals, leaving what he found important and that was dangerous in itself.  along with his powers, he can indirectly effect your emotions and dream walk but his stronger gift is in subconscious manipulation.

            he can manipulate everything hidden inside his or others subconscious, including ideas, wishes or desires, traumatic memories, painful emotions, etc. this allows jonsey the ability to  manipulate the hidden aspects of the mind in various ways, for example arrange memories as one desires, awaken secrets and information hidden deep in the subconscious, and give shape to emotions or thoughts hidden inside the mind.

                digits wiggle slighty as the air wrapped around, leading him to dropping his arms on top of his lap.  maybe he asked to much?  but  emotionally, he had enough time to grieve the death of his past and start new.  he doesn’t know if the rest of the children made it out or started new but right now, five was his concern.  he was alone,  facing the world on his own but she didn’t have to worry about that.   ❛   i hold it to you,   ❜  words hushed as rose from his seat, palms pressed against his knees for support.   ❛  we’ll i leave for work in a couple hours, so how about some food?  hungry?   ❜

                proceeding towards the dainty kitchen, digits grasp the handle of the fridge. yanking it open, a light creeps from within, revealing the essentials to make a proper breakfast.  how far he’s grown on his own is amazing, compared to when he’d eat scraps from wherever he could get or the mere running off after being fed.

             i don’t know why but I like the last name  . . jukewood  . . . yeah  . . jonsey  jukewood is his full name but he only remembers jonsey because memories are blurry from the past and since he came form a dysfunctional family ??  he can only hear his first name being called.  his parents fought all the time, his mom threatened to leave them and withdraw financials, which occurred in a fight to the point that police showed up at their door.  jonsey is the witness of all his parents fight   :T  being kidnapped, they think he ran away from home and they blamed each other.

              ❛   five,  is  a  number  not  a  name,   ❜   he broke from his restraints, an identification  that limited him to one thing.  he use to go by ‘ one ‘  but  using his own gifts,  he was able to search lingering memories and the name ‘ jonsey ‘ reoccurred in several memories of his past.   ❛   you should give yourself a name, so it’s more meaningful,   ❜  digits rest on top of her head, slight brush against chopped hair that soon would grow pass it’s limits of what the laboratory demanded.   ❛  got that?  ❜  facial features expressed a soft expression, especially among his own kind?  no,  shared suffering.  children robbed of a life, one that couldn’t be overwritten.

              001   /   jonsey’s identification   ---    at  first,  when  they started to tattoo his arm, in the process of doing so,  his nose started to bleed when he disliked the burning sensation against his skin. the needle pressing against his flesh was an unwelcoming.  the person doing the tattoo, was affected and started to feel this overwhelming emotion of pain that he felt . . immediately the grown male stopped, clutching his chest as the emotions grew stronger.  eventually they had to sedate jonsey so that the effect would cut off

              isn’t it sad?   the numbered kids had their identity taken and pretty much their entire childhood. jonsey as old as he is now?  he works at a grocery store in a fair sizable town in kentucky with no formal education, he was self taught . . though he probably struggled but eventually learned.

              jonsey would have ran away from indiana and moved into kentucky, using his gifts to get them there by altering several peoples subconscious along the way.  making it seem less of a warning that a kid his age should be home or reported to police.
