If you’re ever in Ghent (Belgium) you should absolutely visit Broesse!! (‘Jungle’) it’s a plant shop/ café and it’s one of my favourite places. It’s PACKED with plants left and right, but also above you! At the back you can enjoy homemade iced coffee or homemade lemonade or even have some cake! The plants all look fabulous and they have some pretty weird plants every week! There’s also a “second chance plant” corner where you can buy damaged plants on discount

like the fifth time this little lady has flowered, however she never actually grows flowers? at about this point she just stops growing. all the pictures i’ve seen of e. diffractens show orange blooms, do i have to wait longer to get those?

Succulent update! It’s been a rough spring and summer here… mostly cuz spring lasted like, a month before jumping into searing hot summer. So, I’ve given them all a day off from direct sun a few days a week. Yesterday I did some cleaning and combining so they all look nicer now. I woulda taken before pictures but again - too hot. The trick this year has been figuring our which like direct and lots of sun and which prefer less. Think I’m gettin better. :)
