{★} “……your dear brother…” The words made her want to choke. Carter, her dearest brother, her rock, her only anchor to reality. Was in a state worse than death. His body was so ragged and she wasn’t allowed near him to even start a healing process. But the problem wasn’t his body. it was his mind. Snoke had messed his head up so much, or put a block on him. He was a lifeless being… breathing and sitting… nothing more. She swallowed hard, her throat scratchy. “The rest of them…. will be fine-” She spoke fiercely, now his face coming to mind. She stared at Snoke again, she was terrified of this man. More than anything but she held something else in her. Hope. She had hope for HIM. Even if she couldn’t do anything for him… at least she knew he was finally out of his grasp. That’s why Snoke was so desperate.

“Your scared of what he will do…. and you should be.“

{★} He smirked at the sight of him in her head, the girl was deluded to think that Kylo Ren could get out of his grasp. Though their had been difficulties lately with her influence as well as the scavenger girls’. He watched the girl’s mind flicker with images a pained expression on her face. She was well aware that he was in her head, she had grown accustom to it. She wanted to die, if it meant that his apprentice would be free of him.. she knew he needed another cytalyist... someone he knows to be hurt by the one he called master...  “Your martyr complex is quite a problem, my dear... ”

 {★} Her teeth rattled against one another as she sat on the ground her chin held up against her will to look into the eyes of the man clad in gold but shone more dark than anyone she had met before.  “You dare… try to lie to me girl?” Her mind snapped to reality as she came too. Of course she lied to him, but she should have guessed that his abilities with the force were just as strong as Kylo’s if not more. She wasn’t sure yet. The grip on her chin tightened, like he was trying to pop a grape in his fingers. She let out a pained noise before she tried to pull away from the towering figure above her. “Just kill me already.” She breathed out harshly. 

Her brave expression was easy to see behind as she wavered. the thoughts of her friends floated in her mind before fleeting as she spotting a change in the man’s eyes. He saw them. All the ones she cared for, in that moment. She sucked in a breath. She had just signed a death note for all of them and herself.

 {★} “Just kill me already.” Kill her? He could almost feel the deep chuckle in his chest as she spoke those idiotic words. “Kill? Oh... I won’t kill you.. that would be a.... KINDNESS...” he took a step towards her the shifting of his cloak quick, like a whip as he forced the girl onto her feet. The black and blue flowers that had bloomed around her legs were starting to fade to a sickening yellow, a sign of healing. She must have started the process when he had her by the chin. 

                              Smart.

           “You will continue to learn to harness this ability.... an you will do it over and over and over untill i say you can stop.” His voice growled making her shrink away again. “Or the rest of them will become the same fate as your dear brother.” He watched her expression run cold, the color draining from her face as she stared at the floor.

  {★} He tilted her chin up, so his eyes could bore into urchin in front of him. This small girl was like a fungus, small and insignificant... yet here she was... in front of him because of a singular ability that even he couldn’t master. He, the first Sith. The first to embrace the darkness. “You dare... try to lie to me girl?” She seemed to twitch under his booming voice. He could see the fear in her eyes, but there alway lay defiance. He had seen it so many times before from the knights, he dealt with it all in time. Making sure to consume them with the fear and fool them into loyalty to him. He would promise power. But this girl... she didn’t want power.

She was pleased with that. Evanee would not do anything reckless, but she was certainly glad to be able to strike if she deemed it necessary. His next comment took her a bit off guard. Though the only evidence of that was a slight fluttering of her eyelids. “You mean you don’t want Kylo to know about this.” 

   {★} Snoke raised his gaze a little, of course he didn’t want him to know this was going to test him. “Exactly.” The word echoed in the hall “Kylo Ren has shown weakness, his alliance needs to be confirmed... due to recents... events... he has wavered...” He narrowed his eyes Snoke thinking of the scavenger, and his apprentices mind that seemed to go to that girl. “I already have eyes on him.. after his failure on the Starkiller base ... he has become a risk... we need to correct that risk.”

Ben’s hands slowly lowered from the side of his face. He was still afraid. More afraid than he ever had been. But there was some truths in the words of the voice. “Uncle Luke doesn’t think so…. He won’t teach me like he does the other kids. He sends me off to go meditate while the others get to learn how to fight with a saber…. It’s not fair,” the boy said. 

     {★} “It’s because HE is the one who is afraid... he is afraid you’ll be more powerful than him.. you will become the one in charge... He fears you, boy.... there is no reason for you to fear anything else...” He moved closer to the small boy his eyes locked onto him. “I can teach you... the force.... the way for the saber... the dark side... the more powerful side.. the side that can conquer anything...” He leaned forward. “The side your uncle ignore yet your grandfather embraced... A great and powerful man he was...”

“…… I’m scared,” the young boy muttered as he listened to the words of the voice. “You’re scaring me….” Ben leaned against the wall he was sitting at and looked around to see if anyone else had seen him disappear. They hadn’t, it seemed. “No one notices… no one cares. I’m all alone…. Can you help me?” 

      {★} He appeared again, clad in what looked like some simple yet very elegant robes. “Im not scaring you boy.. your scaring yourself... your the one letting them tell you lies.. and your the one believing them...” He leaned down his eyes locking with his own. “I noticed... that is why i am here... to help guide you... just as your grandfather had intended.. had wished... you see.. you are very much like him... so strong willed... so..talented...”

The looming presence was overwhelming and terrifying. But he couldn’t tell his uncle. He would just pass it off as nothing and tell him to focus on other things. Even though it was impossible to focus on other things. “No….. No, they say to ignore it. To push it away,” he said, shaking his head and trembling. “Please, just go away.” 

        {★} The presence moved around the boy in a snake like manner. “I am afraid I cannot do that.... you’ve been chosen.... BOY....” He smirked his energy constricting the child before distrusting and leaving him only for a moment before going to his side once again. “You cannot ignore your future... and ... the truth....” He whispered his eyes flashing to the boys in a harsh manner. “You arn’t strong enough to push... boy.... your uncle... is a fool to think your strong enough... you still need training...”

he forces mind, morphing from a gentle old man to a echoing demon. “You know you need to become stronger... and what can a boy do... Cry back to the parents who want nothing to do with you? A father who left you? A mother who says she knows whats best....for YOU...” he could feel the shifting in his mind of a being going from one side of him and to the other a heavy force on his shoulder as if a hand was pressing against it. “I can show you the true ways of the force... the truth.... of EVERYTHING.... They have lied to you... kept the wool over your eyes... but you want the truth dont you? you want to know more about the skywalkers... your family.... your mother...uncle.... your grandfather....” It shifted around to the other side as if clawing the boy’s face. “He wants to show you the ways of the force.... you just have to let him in...”

     {★} His figure was emphasized by the  projection as he waited for his dearest apprentice to appear before him. Glaring to the side, he looked at the women who was bound, gagged and hooded in the darkness near by, Another Knight lingering behind her with a devilish smirk. As the door opened to the chamber Snoke slowly looked up. He would have felt his mother’s presence the moment they brought her to the base, but it was time for his final transformation. The truth was. This was Kylo Ren’s final test. He was able to kill his father, but could he kill the general in cold blood to get rid of the connection to the light forever. or had the light already taken over most of his heart once again.

        Snoke felt his wavering allegiance to each side so often he was in a panic. He needed to keep his toy. His Skywalker to finish the jedi off entirely. “Enter.”

The General, she knew exactly who he meant. Leia Organa. And she knew exactly who she was. Evanee had been there when Ben Solo came to them. Though that name was never to be uttered ever again. But the woman understood what was being requested might not turn out to be so simple as turning the tide of the war. “I’m assuming alive?” She clarified. Evanee was a killer by nature and would not have questioned the order to end that woman’s life. But she did not think that pleasure would be given to her. 

    {★} Snoke nodded a smirk lifting and edge of his mouth before his eyes flashed to hers. “Unless the subject gives too much resistance.... then you have permission to execute her.” He leaned back in his throne, he knew that if the knight mentioned her son she would come without hesitation. “this is a highly classified mission, you are not to report to anyone else about the details... is that understood.” his voice rumbled in a room, emphasizing his seriousness on the subject.

There was always a certain amount of fear that pooled in her stomach at being summoned by the Supreme Leader. Evanee may have had nothing to do with the failure on Starkiller but she was still concerned. Entering the chamber she removed her helmet, a sign of respect. The woman would have much rather kept it on, but she always removed it for those she honored. Bowing her head slightly, she let out the breath she’d been holding hearing she’d been called merely to be given a mission. “I would be pleased to take it on, Supreme Leader.” She replied, the corner of her lip upturning at the thought of not being cooped up anymore. “What is it you require?”

   {★} He watched her with a keen eye before his tapping fingers stopped in mid air. “The resistance base is at a pleasant stand still... they believe that we are momentarily stalled in our plans due to the destruction of the Starkiller Base.” Raising his eyes to look her over he seemed to nod in approval. “The General is in transit to coruscant for a meeting with some old politicians of the old republic.“ He leaned forward. “I want you to intercept the General and bring her to me.“ a glitter came over his eye, a plan forming in his mind that could change everything to his favor.

To accept would mean he would forever be torn apart. He would feel lost. Broken. Completely robotic in many ways. Everyone was right. He was Snoke’s puppet. He was just now beginning to figure out that he had a choice. Ren lowered his gaze as soon as Snoke got close to him. The chill returned to his spine. “I accept,” Ren finally muttered, though his tone showed he was hesitant. He began to tremble. Ren did not wish to kill anyone else. Perhaps he was growing weak. But he was tired of being a killing machine for Snoke. 

   {★} He narrowed his eyes as he slowly leaned back into the large stone throne. He got the correct answer from him, however the waver in the force around his mind, made Snoke finalize his decision. “Very well then.” He waved him forward, done with him now. Hitting a small button the door behind the knight opened. No other words were utterred to the knight as Snoke was done with him, however his image stayed another walking into the room. The other knight looked over to Kylo and nodded in respect before bowing to Snoke. “You called for me Surpreme leader?” Snoke nodded looking at Kylo, basically telling the knight to get the hell out. After all he was a disappointment to him now. He still needed to redeem himself. “Give me the report on the subject.”

   {★} He watched in silence as the knight walked towards him. the air had a sharp pain of coldness. his expression was stone cold as it always was. He watched as the knight bowed in respect before coming to their feet. “I have a mission of the highest urgency and delicacy for you.”

“Have I not already proven my worth?” Ren asked, growing somewhat frustrated by the orders of Snoke. Ren was treading on thin ice, he knew that. But he wasn’t about to follow through with the death of the scavenger who fascinated him. “Let me teach her, Supreme Leader. Let me show you my worth and what I have learned by teaching her.”

    {★} A thickness rose into the air as the knight spoke, causing the air to run thin around him. To call his actions to be disobedient was a thin rope for the knight to be treading. “After your last failure your worth isn’t very much.” He clench his fist then unclenched it, this was the first true show of Insubordination. He had noted a few times prior that Kylo Ren had tried to pursway him to another mission but this. THIS was something Snoke would not forget.  “If you do not accept... I will send another.... or do you accept your mission.” He rose to his feet once more his long finger extended pointing at him his face growing close to his apprentice. “If you want to be one with the dark side... these trifles and distractions MUST be eliminated.”
