“All right. So, the anniversary for my parents is coming up and I decided I wanted to make something for them to eat. Something that they can both enjoy. And something that will make my mom happy that is nothing too unhealthy.”

“I don’t suppose you might have some suggestions of what I can make that will work?”

“Haiiiii. You came to the right place! I can teach you how to make Suna delicacies while waiting for Shikadai-sama.”

“Oh? I think I’ve tried a few before, but never tried making them myself. All right, so what do you have?”  Chōchō asked curious on what kind of Suna delicacies the other has in mind of teaching her.

“Hontou?! Let’s start with an easy one! Cookies?” Matsuri wondered which one to offer, “Our cookies are flavorful, you see. We use spices like cardamom or nuts like pistachios!”

Chōchō knew this will be a good desert for her to give to her parents, but she should also figure out what kind of meal she should make for them that will be good for them. “All right. This should be fun to make.”

An idea popped in Matsuri’s head as soon as Chōchō agreed, “We can use my apartment! The Kazekage’s office will call for me as soon as Shikadai-sama has returned. Daijōbu, it will be fine! It is easy to make. Come!”

“Sounds like a good idea,” said  Chōchō as she follows the other to her place. “By the way, you know the Kazekage himself, right? I got to meet his son during the Chunin exams, but what is the Lord Kazekage like?”

“G-Gaara-sama?” Matsuri suddenly couldn’t choose the words to say. She has a lot of things to say about the Kazekage.

“What do you want to know about him? There are lots of things I can tell you. He is kind, gentle, strong, smart………….iyaaaaaaaa~!! I’ve said too much!!!”

Chōchō could see her reaction when she mentioned the Kazekage. It seems she has a bit of a crush on him. She could tell from how her voice even got high when she talked about what he’s like.

“You like him a lot, don’t you?” she asked while she gave a small giggle. “Its okay if you do. Have you told him how you feel about him?”

Matsuri looked at Chōchō with a horrified look on her face.

"Shhhhhhhhhh!! Your voice is too loud, mataku!"

Matsuri looked around and continued walking to go to the shops and finish the task at hand. The earlier they finish grocery shopping, the better!

"N-No. He is the Kazekage. He is the most important person in Sunagakure." Matsuri bowed her head feeling a little bit embarrassed that Chōchō is asking her these questions while in public.
