Starting a relationship with a person who genuinely Loves you for you and who watched you bloom into a Higher version of yourself while you’re still working on self love, self esteem and confidence will have you sooo confused on how they still Love you after your “bad side” comes out. They Love you for who they know you are even when you act out, when you do things that could push them away. It makes you feel silly; if they can Love me through this why can’t I love Myself through it all?

Love is so fascinating and scary when you have inner wounds…

Going through Spiritual awakening during my relationship has taught me that there’s deeper than “Loving someone so much you’d die for them” because in reality, to die is an instant.

Like yeah you’d die for them, that’s cute but the greatest way to demonstrate your Love for someone is through your willingness to heal yourself for them; And I realized that as I grew in Love with my angel, to re pattern how I live, how I view, my perspectives, everything I consume it all changed as I understood that I love this person so much I’d rather unlearn everything that made me who I once thought I was.

I have so much Love for myself, I love that I can share that self love with my angel because I see myself in his eyes oh he loves me so much it freaks me out some times how can I be loved that much?

I’ve been watching Sunsets, getting the real “red light therapy” and it actually has been helping me sleep. Moving according to the Sun and letting the Moon rule me has been liberating; They’re the guides of Nature, representing balance, Father Earth and Mother Sky.

As I dive deeper into my Spiritual journey I find myself looking at the Sun for reference; It shows up everyday and gives Life everywhere whether we show appreciation or not. These days people run from the Sun: Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Umbrella when it’s sunny and they don’t stop for a second during the day to really take in the beauty of the Sun. As an African Woman, this means charging my Carbon rich skin with the powers of the Sun, as a Spiritual being this means opening my Pineal Gland and enhancing my intuition & spiritual growth, as a Health conscious person this means regulating my Circadian rhythm & regulating my Vitamin D.

I think everyone could benefit from a little more Sun in their Life, I don’t know why it took so long for me to realize lol. Now I just be Sun Chasin
