links to almost everything I posted/am currently working on (the link goes to Ao3)
The Ogre and the Star Child : Ogerpon adopts child, forgets impulse control is a thing, said child is also semi-feral, chaos ensues (Pokemon AU) main thing I'm working on, updates are kinda slow but they're getting there I promise-
Gave You A Knife (And You Stabbed Me In The Back) : (also nicknamed the Knife!AU) basically TOatSC except we remove the feral child and we add in an ex-child soldier with trauma. Oh yeah did I mention there's knives? (Pokemon AU) second thing I'm working on
Strike A Match (And Iâll Burn You To The Ground) : Apparently traveling to save the world from a villain isn't as easy as it seems. Besides, no one ever talks about somehow adopting a third of your teammates- wait what do you mean this child god is obssesed with marshmallows of all things? (Miitopia AU) third thing I'm working on

Headcanon that Avery just gives himself extra fingers sometimes-
I mean, hes a humanoid slime, so he could probably do that. More fingers would be better in holding stuff, and maybe also punching stuff! If you're humanoid, anatomy is a suggestion, so why not give yourself extra fingers?
if I had a nickle for every doomed yaoi couple I saw in a popular Minecraft video (thus far) I would have two nickles, which isn't a lot but it's weird that I watched it happened twice already (thus far) /silly but like what's up with Minecraft and doomed yaoi my heart can't take any more-
(I'm assuming there's even more doomed yaoi somewhere else right)
not every mutual fits neatly into an archetypal medievalism but there are some mutuals that im like yeah addressing you as âmy liegeâ would come strangely naturally
so i had a bad drawing of tostada, and then i slapped a scarf on. then, i was in a mystery dungeon phase, looked through my sketchbook, saw tostada with a scarf, decided "why not?" and boom. this was born
pls note that this is based off of animated/plush tostada. thats why the paws are all tiny
anyways small snippet of tostada in Explorers of Sky/Darkness/Time, didnt play the game so the characters might be ooc. using my own made up team, Denna the Mudkip is the same from my last pmd art post
âAre you sure about this?â Chatot asked, looking at the recently-formed Team Obsidian and theirâŠ.. straggler. âI donât think we should allow it-â
âShe,â Denna the Mudkip cut in, glaring at him. âTostadaâs a she.â
â-I donât think we should allow for Tostada,â Chatot squawked, observing the most he could from the weird Mon, âto join the Guild.â
âShe can join Team Obsidian!â Cyrene the Cyndaquil exclaimed, her flames brightening before she managed to control them. âShe can join our Rescue Team!â
âI think we should allow this friend to join!â Guildmaster Wigglytuff said, smiling as he bit into an Apple. âSheâs very friendly!â
âYeah! Tostada also managed to knock out many Pokemon that were giving us trouble!â Denna said, her tail wagging as she looked at Tostada, who was staring at a Pecha Berry nearby. âSheâs pretty strong!â
âShe doesnât look strong to me,â Chatot muttered under his breath, and Tostada looked up to stare at him. And stared at him. And stared at him.
Her giant yellow eyes with a blue circle in them slowly blinked as she twitched her stubby gray ears. âHi,â she finally said, waving her stubby three-toed paw at him as she slowly scooted over to him with her stubby legs. âIâm Tostada!â
Chatot blinked, then blinked some more. âHello,â he said, reluctantly, before observing as Tostada slowly blinked once more. He sighed, and flapped his wings. âFine. Tostada can stay with Team Obsidian.â
Denna and Cyrene cheered, but Chatot lifted his wing to silence them. âHowever,â he said, and the pair quieted down as Tostada shuffled to the Berry Pile. âTeam Obsidian will be responsible for all that Tostada does!â
âWe can handle that!â Cyrene said, before squealing. âYippee!â
âNow that thatâs out of the way-â Chatot muttered as he turned away, but then froze as Tostada reached for a Aguav Berry, before turning and getting an Oran Berry and eating it whole. âI am so glad I told Team Obsidian theyâre responsible for her.â
He sighed, and turned to fly away to his nest to nap a little before dinner. However, something landed on his right wing, and he slowly turned his head to look at it.
âHi!â Tostada said again, this time having somehow gotten behind him very fast without him realizing and placed her paw on his wing. Chatot froze as Tostada blinked again, before scrambling and flying away, eyes locked on Tostada completely until heâd gotten to a higher perch on one of the windows.
All the time, however, Tostada never took her eyes off of him, following his flight to the top of the window. She waved her ridiculously short paws at him once again. âHi!â
âShe is going to be the death of me,â Chatot grumbled.
there are like hundreds of stories of humans going into space, right? But what if one of the humans that goes to space has a friend group back down? And the human tells their friends about space, but also offhandedly mentions how a good chunk of space sees them as feral, dangerous, creatures, and how most of space doesn't even know basic knowledge other than them being from Earth in the Solar System.
One of the friends notices that. They take note, but don't get the chance to ask their friend. That comment stays in their brain, and they tell their friend group- whether it's the ones they know in person or online friends- about it.
Somehow, they all put their braincells together and somehow get the idea of "Let's become space V-Tubers to teach space about us humans so that way they're not as hostile to us!" They get in touch with a friend who does 3D modeling or that stuff, and the group gets three different models: one female, one male, and one androgynous. They're all simple, and have simple looking clothes and hair.
Each member chooses one, and gives their model its own color. Hair color can be customized, eye color has to be natural- no use in scaring the aliens they're trying to each if they have blood-red eyes. The models have simple clothes, and a main color.
The channel of the group starts out small. It's a part time gig for many of them, they're not sure it'll work. It's quiet, they don't get many views and even fewer comments, but somethings something. Every single video they post has the same disclaimer: that they are a group of people, that they do not look like their models in real life, that the main purpose of the channel is to educate. One day, another famous alien youtuber/personality mentions them, having met another human and followed the advice of their channel, and adds how humans are actualy pretty cool. Then their channel blows up, because everyone wants to know what this channel is, because it HAS to be good if this famous alien internet celebrity mentioned it!
There come a lot of views and comments. Most are disbelieving, thinking that humans are dumb and scary and too dangerous to do that stuff. But as more and more videos are uploaded- the group was like "Hey I think we should get some more videos out cuz WTF WE'RE BLOWING UP-" and decided that they might as well use their newfound exposure for good- others start getting convinced. More and more reports of humans being nice start popping up, and slowly space learns that humans are not as scary as they thought.
At some point, the group holds a live-stream Q&A session - it doesn't matter if they're all in different timezones, they have one nontheless. And at some point, someone asks "So what was your First Contact with space like?" Everyone goes silent, because if any of them were alive during that theyre all getting trauma flashbacks, and many of the members mute their mics and hop on Discord or smth to quickly discuss what the fuck do they say about that question. One of the members manages to buy the rest of them time, but it's very awkward. Eventually, the group manages to piece the story together from their point of view. And space learns that this species was just trying to protect itself and their homes, and got unjustly classified as the most dangerous Death Worlders because of it.
Aliens are kinda confused and angry and sad. But eventually, at some point, after more observation of Earth, the planet and its inhabitants get lowered a ranking. They're classified as less dangerous now.
And all of this started because a human mentioned the lack of information that space had on them.
"What if I don't want to go home right now? Like..... I don't want to go back to the human world... at least.... not now..... can I stay?"
I drew a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon style Mudkip! Her name is Denna, she's from an AU of an AU of an AU. That's all you'll get :)
Usually I have too many AU, so I just keep them in my head, but I decided to post this because why not? Recently I was hyperfixiating on it so I tried to play Red Rescue Team on the Switch..... turns out you need a NSO Plus subscription..........
You have the Opportunity to move forward, the Curiosity to Travel, and your Spirit will help you Persevere
A/N: timeline linked here for context
so uhhh.... my hyperfix got outta hand..... whoops

Kairos took a deep breath as they stepped on the red surface of Mars.
It was light. Their NASA-white spacesuit stood out miles from the empty, dusty landscape, only their spaceship and the medium furry alien also in a spacesuit - a Ihâir from the Centaurus Arm- with them.
âWeâre here,â Kairos said, taking in the view. Kândrâ walked up to them, barely reaching to their hip. âWeâre finally here.â
âMay I ask what is so important about this planet?â Kândrâ asked, tilting xer head as xe walked up to them. âThere is nothing but dust here. What do you hu-mans see of interest here?â
âWell,â Kairos said as they started walking towards the direction and raised their arm to activate the communicator. âItâs a bit of a long story, but Iâll tell you about it real quick, just wait.â
Kairos clicked the comm line open. âThis is Captain Kairos Geist, reporting from the Retrieval Expedition. Iâve landed on Mars, currently on my way.â
âThis is NASA Commander Steven Robert,â The familiar voice of their superior said after a few moments. âHow far are you from finding her?â
âAbout a few miles, I think. Should be a lot faster than when she originally came here. Iâm going dark, promised my Ihâir partner that I would tell xem about the reason weâre here.â
Kairos turned off their comm, and sighed as they continued walking. They took out a tracker from their multi-holder backpack, a singular red dot pointing to their destination on the grid of a thousand lines.
âHave you ever heard about our human rovers?â Kairos asked Kândrâ, who shook xer head as xe walked faster. âWell, long before the First Contact, humans were always curious about space. Weâd wonder if there was anyone else out there, and send messages into space sending greetings about us.â
âSo you hu-mans seeked out companionship before you could travel across planets?â Kândrâ asked, confusion leaking through xer voice. âWhy would you do that?â
âBecause humans are lonely,â Kairos admitted, sighing. âHumans are a very social species, and we made friends with all of the Earth animals we could. But one thing that we were truly scared of was being alone in the deep vast galaxy. The thought of us being aloneâŠ.. That was terrifying to us humans.
We saw other stars. We wondered, and thought. We didnât want to be alone. We knew that there were other planets, so we decided to explore them.
But we couldnât live on Mars, yet. There was not enough oxygen for us to breathe, there was no proof that there was water to drink. So, instead, we made rovers to explore Mars for us.
The best scientists made them. The best computer experts made sure that they could complete the purpose they were given, to explore and learn.
We gave them all names. Sojourner. Spirit. Opportunity. Curiosity. Perseverance.Â
They all lasted different amounts of time. One by one, they shut down, unable to continue going on. Sojourner was the first rover. Spirit lasted six years. Opportunity lasted fifteen years. Curiosity lasted twenty. Perseverance lasted for a record-breaking thirty years.
Humans are lonely. We wanted to know if we were alone, so we created something that could explore for us. We ripped a piece out of our hearts and threw it far into the cold reaches of space. And with each rover that shut down, that âdiedâ, we mourned them.
We threw a piece of our heart out there. We never expected to get it back.â
Kairos took a deep breath as they entered the rim of Perseverance Valley, before picking up Kâdnrâ and sliding down the valley for a few seconds, before continuing with their trek. âWe couldnât go to Mars before this. We couldnât go to Mars after the First Contact. We couldnât go to Mars after the Invasion. We couldnât go to Mars because the Federation was trying to limit our reach in space. But we are humans. We donât leave anyone behind, flesh or inanimate.
Even after over one hundred years after Opportunity died, we wouldnât leave her behind. We narrowed down her coordinates, narrowed down her location, because we were not going to leave our beloved rover behind.Â
My mission is to find Opportunity, and retrieve her. Iâm tasked with bringing her back home.â
Kairos took another deep breath as they hiked up and down the edge of Endurance Crater, Kândrâ following them as xe was silent with extreme interest.
âSo you are going back for your rover?â Kândrâ asked, breaking the silence filled with only footsteps. âWhat will you do once you find her?â
âWeâre going to bury her back home,â Kairos whispered as the tracker started beeping. âWeâre going to bring her back, and make sure that she gets to be properly buried.
We sent her out to space, knowing she would not return for several years. Now that we can bring her back, we wonât leave her.â
Kândrâ hummed under xer breath, contemplating their words. âYou hu-mans are strange. Always pack-bonding, yet at the same time never letting go. Youâre confusing.â
âI know,â Kairos chuckled, laughing a bit. âBut thatâs what makes us hu-man. Weâre chaotic. We embrace chaos. Chaos is part of our beings.â
They paused for a few seconds, scanning Kândrâ. âAre you tired?â They asked, tilting their head as best as they could with the spacesuit on. âNot sure how tired you are-â
âIâm fine,â Kândrâ said, stretching out xer legs. âThe Ihâir can walk for long distances without getting tired. This is nothing.â
âPhew,â Kairos sighed, relief going over their veins. âI think itâs gonna be a bit longer before we get to the spot.â
The two beings walked some more distance in silence, traversing the rocky and dusty landscape. Little by little, Kairosâ white spacesuit was slowly turning dark, dust covering it.
Then they saw it, and the tracker beeped with such frequency that Kairos had to turn it off.
A giant mountain of dust.
This was it.
Kairos raised their hand to the comm and turned it on.
âKairos Geist here. Iâm at the site. I reached Opportunityâs resting place.â
They took a collapsible shovel out of their multi-holder bag and started digging. Kândrâ looked in confusion, before piecing things together and reaching xer paws out for another shovel. Kairos handed it to xem, and both of them started digging.
Kairosâ comm buzzed to light. âCaptain, are you there?â
âIâm there,â Kairos huffed as they moved shovelful after shovelful of dust away from the pile. âMe and Kândrâ are digging Oppy out of her grave. Weâre going to get her back.â
âRoger that. Iâll have someone on cam duty. Your body cam turned on?â
Kairos checked the dust-proof camera on their spacesuit, and made sure that it was turned on. âItâs turned on. Visuals might be blurry, but weâre gonna keep on digging.â
Kândrâ used the shovel as a plow, tilting it sideways and taking a majority of the dust away from the top. Kairos put the shovel in the bottom of the pile, and sent a wave of dust crashing down as they removed a big chunk of the dust.
Kândrâ shrieked at the miniature collapse of the dust, but soldiered on, shaking xemself every so often to get rid of the dust on xer spacesuit. Kairos continued taking dust from the bottom, until a glint of metal sparkled through the top.Â
âWait,â Kairos breathed out, and Kândrâ paused in xer digging. They stared at the metal peeking out on the top, before cautiously climbing up the mountain and dusting part of the top off. âWe found her camera!â They yelled, excitement and relief flooding their veins as more metal appeared.
âThatâs good, right?â Kândrâ asked, and Kairos nodded in excitement. âAre we close to finding Opportunity?â
âYes,â Kairos breathed out, before going back to digging with fervor. âSheâs here! Just keep digging!â
âThe moment she is uncovered, make sure she isnât rusted or anything,â Commander Steven replied, and Kairos could hear excitement on his voice. âKeep going. You got this.â
At that point, Kairos threw the shovel away and climbed on to the mountain again, and started brushing off as much dust as possible, exposing the camera and sleeping head to the air for the first time in eighty-six years. Little by little, with their and Kândrââs combined efforts, Opportunityâs head was revealed, completely intact.
Kândrâ lightly gasped as both of them continued to unbury the long-lost rover, and climbed up the shaky dust pile as well. âWhere do I help?â Xe asked, determination firmly in xer voice.
âHelp with the solar panels, thatâs gotta be the part with the most dust,â Kairos said, ignoring the fact that their arms were starting to grow tired. âWeâre about halfway there, just keep on digging!â
Kândrâ nodded, and started using xer body to brush aside huge waves of dust away from the pile. Dust flew around the air, clouding Kairosâ vision, but they persevered.
Kairos didnât know how long it took until they started seeing the solar panels, but it was long enough that their comms exploded with several other crew members shouting their excitement. They flinched for a few moments, but shook their head.
âThereâs no damage here,â they said, both to themselves and to the crew. âThe air on Mars has like, no oxygen, so Opportunity hasnât rusted at all.â
âSo sheâs essentially in perfect condition,â Commander Stevens breathed out.Â
âWe just got to the solar panels, dusting them off as we speak,â Kairos replied, and gently brushed them. Dust that had been lying there for over seventy-five was brushed off with a few hard swipes, sending it flying into the air.
Kândrâ took a few moments to marvel at the rover, before hopping off the now-smaller pile of dust. âI will help with the lower half, so then we can push Opportunity out of this place.â
Oh yeah. Theyâd have to push a 400-pound dead rover all the way back to their ship. âHey Commander?â Kairos asked, taking in a few quick breaths as they paused. âDo you still have the controls and code for Oppy?â
âIâll have to check,â Commander Steven said, uncertainty in his voice. âWhy do you ask?â
âBecause if me and Kândrâ unbury Oppy, and she somehow manages to recharge, it would be extremely appreciated for her to move and for us two not to have to push her all the way to our ship,â Kairos replied, feeling a bit stupid. They really should have landed their ship closerâŠ.
âWe can try to find it, but thereâs no guarantee,â Commander Steven said, and Kairos nodded, before sighing and going back.
âRight.â
Kairos got back to work, being careful enough to brush the dust off and hopefully not damage Oppy in any way.
âHave I ever told you that I was born on the day that Oppy landed?â Kairos said out loud, and Kândrâ looked up from where xe was working, and tilted xer head.
âNo. Why is that important right now?â Xe asked, taking a quick break as xe panted.
âNot much, I think,â Kairos chuckled, gently removing dust from the crevices of Oppyâs panels. âBut thatâs kind of the whole reason my parents named me Kairos. Means âright chanceâ, or âright opportunityâ and all that. It was the best moment of my life when I was given the task of finding Opportunity. Like a full-circle moment, yâknow?â
âI donât think I understand what you are saying, but you are saying that it fits that you, the âright opportunityâ, is the one to find the rover Opportunity? And that you were named after the rover?â Kândrâ tilted xer head, and Kairos nodded. âThat is what you hu-mans call a âfull circle momentâ, then?â
âYep,â Kairos said as they started dusting off the lower body, kneeling down. Their spacesuit was now covered in layers of dust, but they didnât care. âItâs poetic, in a way. Incredible as well.â
Bit by bit, Oppyâs body was unburied more and more. Kairos and Kândrâ worked in silence for some more time, until Kândrâ hitched xer breath.Â
âI have found the wheels on Opportunity, but they seem to be stuck,â Xe said, before squatting down, hiding xemself from Kairosâ view. âI will work on freeing the wheels.â
âRight,â they replied, and hurried their pace. It wouldn't be much longer until Oppy would be free of her dusty prison.
The wheels, one by one, were uncovered. Dusted off in the same way everything else had.
âThisâŠ.â Kairos said after a long while. Their arms hurt from the dusting off. âI thinkâŠ.. We did itâŠ. WE DID IT!â
They screamed in joy, letting themselves collapse and the tears of relief downpour. They heard Kândrâ scurry over to them in worry, but they waved xem off.
âIâm fine,â they said, ignoring how the tears were going down their face. âThese are happy tears.â
âThen we did it,â Kândrâ said, nodding, proudness filling xer posture. âWe have unburied the Mars Rover Opportunity.â
âCaptain?â Commander Stevenâs voice cut through Kairosâ celebration short. Their heart stopped in fear. âWe have a message.â
âWhat⊠What is it, Commander?â They whispered into the air. Dread replaced their joy, threatening to choke them.
ââIt is very bright, and my battery is rechargingâ,â Commander Steven breathed out. âI donât know what the fuck you did, but sheâs back online.â
âShe is?â Kairos gently yelped, wishing their tears would dry themselves as they looked up. Opportunity was staring at the distant Mars landscape, and slowly turned her camera to face them. âSheâsâŠ.. Sheâs alive!â
âSystems say that most of her electronics have been damagedâŠ. But she can move, a little bit. That should help you.â
âCan you reprogram her to go back to the ship so she doesnât run off, please?â Kairos whispered as they stood up and looked at Oppy. âI kinda donât want to have to chase a stray rover all the time.â
Commander Steven chuckled, making Kairos relax a bit as Oppy beeped. âWe can try. Her codeâs really old, but it should be easy to do.â
Kairos sighed in relief as Kândrâ splatted xemself on the Mars dust, absolutely tired from all that digging. âThatâs good. Cuz, uh, I might have landed my ship a bit of a way from hereâŠ.. Any way you could⊠uhmâŠ. make my ship move closer?â Kairos said, trying to hide the nervousness in their tone.
âPlease donât tell me this is like the Heightyule Incident-â Commander Steven said, causing Kairos to freeze in surprise.
âNonono! Itâs not like that incident!â Kairos yelped, and Kândrâ raised xer head in confusion. âIâŠ. might have parked my ship a few miles awayâŠ.. And I would really like to not have to push Oppy all the way backâŠâŠ..â
Commander Steven sighed, but laughed a bit. âI think we could do that. Right now, just focus on getting her home, okay?â
âYou got it,â Kairos said, before turning their comm off. They locked eyes with Oppyâs camera, and gently patted her head.
âYou ready to go, Kândrâ?â They asked, and the Ihâir rolled over, before standing up and nodding. âCome on, Oppy. Letâs get you home.â
notes for a random Humans Are Space Cats/Orcs oneshot
(Oneshot linked here(Ao3) or here(tumblr))
Timeline (for context, you don't gotta read it):
2049ish: First Contact happens. Curiosity is dead, Percy is gonna hit the bucket in a few years
2054ish: Jerkass aliens try to invade Earth, most of the Earthen allies are angy that these jerks are trying to invade their smol space cats. Humans fight them off, beat up about half of the jerkass aliens by themselves. Percy kicks the bucket
2057ish(after Invasion): Shady Federation sees this, is like âwe gotta make sure they cant kill usâ, proceed to make laws that limit where humans can reach.
2068ish: humans and allies have debated long enough to be able to leave Earth. Still need better rockets and fuel and advancements to go places
2079: Kairos is born, humans are starting to go places. Still need to make better rockets for uninhabited places with no ship ports (like Mars!). Make a bunch of allies (like giant fluffy capybara aliens who are fluffy)
2084ish: Weather update: Mars just had another planet-wide dust storm, cant go there! Oppyâs coordinates are still safe though
2093: 75 years since Oppy died
2099ish: Weather Update: solar flare!
2104: Kairos and Kândrâ go to find Opportunity. 100th anniversary of Oppy landing
The Ih'ir are basically giant space capybaras who are also very fluffy

Uhhh, I wanna finish Pokemon Scarlet, as well as Little Dragons Cafe and Lonesome Village..... I wanna play Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team again....... also wanna play Legends Arceus and Legends Z-A too. Oh, and Miitopia, I wanna play it one day
First time drawing Jax from Pokemon Unbound! It's a really cool ROM hack (aka a fangame) I started playing a while ago (paused due to life, but started playing again recently), and managed to get to Dehara City up to this point!
I think Jax is a really cool character, so I decided to draw him! I shaded his clothes (except for his hat), his eyes and his hair. Maybe one day I'll go back and color the rest in, but for now I'm proud of myself!
"I'm sorry, but you can't go in here right now. My grandfather is taking his daily nap, and he doesn't want anyone to disturb him." -Jax (Pokemon Unbound)
(Yes I searched up the exact dialogue he says when you first meet him. This entire drawing is based off of when you first see him in front of Arthur's house)
Maybe one day I'll draw some of the other characters, but for now have this Jax drawing I made!
