Hi! I want to make a costume for my first Ren Faire in a couple months and I'm really inspired by your Caleb Widogast cosplay! Only, as much as I like cosplay, I've never seen critical role. I was wondering how accurate it is to the character, as if I do make something I don't want to be recognised as him XD

And, there were a lot of creative choices made when making this outfit, so it's definitely not a direct copy of the original design... I would say you're pretty safe using this as inspiration!

When I went to the ren fair, I didn't get recognized at all... and even when I wore it to a convention, I'm pretty sure only 1 person actually realized who I was lol There's a few distinct items missing to my cosplay, so that's probably what made the difference
