So are Rhaenrya's kids still going to be born in Honey and Wildfire Gold?

Yes yes, Rhaenyra will still have her lovely strong little boys.

The heir to the throne will still need children of her own to follow her, and honestly Harwin's disposition like usual is what drives her to select him as a suitable and trustworthy father of her children. He honestly just shrugged when propositioned and was down for it, for Rhaenyra.

Of course, her relationship with him is not going to be quite the same as in canon, but they are still very close and fond of each other. He and Alicent are cordial but not much more.

Her boys are effectively brought up as siblings with Alicent's children and they all consider both Rhaenyra and Alicent as their parents; cue in private Alicent is Mother and Rhaenyra is Muña to them all.
