โItโs literally a jacket Namjoon, itโs not rocket science.โ
You laughed at Namjoon as he rolled his eyes at you and looked back at himself in the mirror, holding the two jackets up to him.
โFashion is important Y/N. I wouldnโt expect you to understand.โ He smirked.
โHey!โ You gave him a slight shove. You looked at the jackets more carefully, but got distracted by Namjoon. He didnโt know, but you had a huge crush on him since high school. It hasnโt gone away, in fact itโs only gotten stronger ever since you guys became close friends.
However, thatโs the problem, you guys are best friends, admitting to him wouldnโt be possible because losing your friendship would be a nightmare, you couldnโt risk it.
You shook your head and looked back at the jackets, already knowing your answer.
โYellow.โ You said without thinking, โYou are super attractive in yellow.โ
There was silence. Which gave you time to think about what you said. You gasped, โFuck, I didnโt mean it like-โ
โYou think Iโm attractive?โ Namjoon leaned closer with a smile on his face.
You cursed at his dimple for being so damn adorable. โI said IN YELLOW! Thatโs it!โ
Namjoon, still holding his smile, leaned back and put the jackets back on the rack. โHmm, sad...โ He stuffed his hands into his pockets and began to walk away, โItโs a bummer you know, I think youโre super cute but I guess you donโt feel the same.โ
You started following him but stopped dead in your tracks, did he just say you were cute?
โW-what?โ You stuttered as Namjoon turned around to face you.
You gulped at how close you were to him.
โY/N...I really like you-I hope you feel the same.โ
Namjoon liked you? What kind of fairy tale was this?
You nodded shyly, โI-I do.โ
You heard him chuckle and walked right past you. You turned to watch him and smiled as he grabbed the yellow jacket off the rack again. He came back and grabbed your hand with his free one.
โCโmon love, letโs go buy the jacket.โ
You were blushing like mad and looked down at your intertwined hands. Why was he so sweet?
โIโm buying it for you though, Y/N, because I also think you look absolutely stunning in yellow.โ
