Tricep Extensions isolate the triceps, helping build stronger, more defined arms while improving pushing strength for everyday activities and other upper-body exercises.
Focus on slow, controlled movements throughout each repetition. Keep your shoulders relaxed, engage your core, and avoid using momentum so your muscles do the work. Good form will help you maximize results while reducing the risk of injury.
