The poster/title card for Super Academy’s second episode ‘Energy’. We’re going to be at CONvergence this weekend with lots of cool stuff! I’m super stoked. I decided to leave the bottom banner on since it’s the day before con, and I kind of like how it border the image, along with just showing an alternate version from the first poster/title card.
I can share these now that the company has shared them! This is the logo design for Super Academy I designed as part of my internship for Hot Chocolate Media.

BIG INTERVIEW
Our friends at NamesakeRadio will be interviewing us this Sunday. But, what makes this one so special is that it will be broadcasted as part of the 7th Anniversary Celebration of the virtual world, OSgrid.
A virtual island, created for the event.
For those unfamiliar, OSgrid is in many ways similar to the more widely known "Second Life." It is an open source, virtual world, with over 100,000 registered users. As part of the celebration, NamesakeRadio will be broadcasted live throughout the weekend. We will be part of a two hour slot between the hours of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM CDT.
"But what if I don't have OSgrid?" you are probably asking. No problemo. You can tune in from Namesake Radio's Site, as it will be broadcasted there at the same time. You can even ask questions with the live chat.
There is no catch. Just feel free to sit back, and enjoy.
Remember, it will be from 4:00 PM CDT to 6:00 PM CDT. You can join us on the Namesake site, or Second Life.

So I went to free comic day at the Source Comics and Games in Roseville, MN yesterday with burichu and ravennight14 and there was a dude by the door handing these little flyers out and I took one and I stuck it into my bag with my free comics and went about my day.
So cut to today, checking out what comics I got and
I see a piece of paper that says “Coulson Lives” on it

At the worlds greatest college for superheroes, follow the adventures of Powerkid and Dark Cop in this weekly web series.
Hello Superhero fan-followers! I would like to introduce you to my good friend Ben Lifson! He is a superhero nerd, like you and I. And he is trying to fund a Superhero Webseries based off of a short film he made last spring. Right now he has a kickstarter that he is trying to fund, and while he has made very good progress, he could still use a little help! If any of you could pledge even $5 to support an inspiring director and an entire film team make their dream come true!
I met Ben when he started a Teen Titans club at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. He is really silly and fun to be around, and he really is a fantastic director (you can go check out his first film on youtube or vimeo—its really nice quality, also I’m one of the characters in it—find me if you can!).
The thing is, is that he is really nice and friendly, and really deserves to have his kickstarter funded. So please, if you could, help him out. If you can’t, please share this post so we can get the word out to others. Thank you!

In a world where Superhero is a valid career choice, Super Academy is the premier college for young superheroes. "Powerkid" is the socially awkward son of a supervillain. Attempting to start a new life for himself, he has enrolled in the academy, and hidden his past. "Dark Cop" is a returning student with no social skills or filter. Though he has no superpowers, he possess incredible intelligence. Together, these two heroes will learn about themselves and each other, and accomplish more together then they ever could alone.
So guys, I was directed by Nostalgia Critic to go check out this webshow, Super Academy . And… I actually really like it. It’s quirky, and fun, and you should totally check it out. But here’s the thing… As you can probably tell, this webshow is a low-budget project, however they still need fan support. Just head to their Youtube page to look into donating to their kick-starter. I think Super Academy has a lot of potential and I personally can’t wait to see where the creators take it.
