so i kinda don't like how that one fanart chart that every creator seems to use is set up (no shade to the person who made it, it's just not my vibe) and i especially don't like that it's framed as "Fanart Rules". i also hate the discussion around this kinda stuff going in circles so i have instead decided to say "fuck it" and do my own thing.
i made this. it's meant to be a guideline of what i am comfortable with. the blocktag is simply a tag that i have blocked. that's all it is. nothing more, nothing less. these aren't "rules". but it's also something i think has merit in existing as a quick information tool for the people who care to. yknow. not make us uncomfortable. pretty reasonable i think.
if you disagree with it - okay i guess. a little strange in my opinion, but go ahead and not follow them if you don't want to. i'll just probably block you. maybe ban you from my spaces. you can also block me if you'd like. i very conveniently provided a list of all my socials if you wish to do so! but im not gonna tell you what to do. and you can't tell me what to do either. consequences of our actions and all that. but hey, if you wanna avoid that stuff happening, following these guidelines is a really good way to do it!

I actually recommend everyone write for a rarepair once because it completely changes your relationship with fandom. Engagement stops being numbers and starts being names. You know who's going to show up. You recognize usernames. Someone disappears for a while and then comes back and you're like “OH MY GOD WELCOME HOME.” It's incredibly wholesome. It is also deeply inconvenient when all six of you simultaneously get writer's block-
