I'm writing a simpatico fic atm, and I get a lot of inspiration from tumblr art, one of which was your animatic of The Hand song. Or, those two frames of Brainstorm and Perceptor xd. Pairing it with the meaning of the flowers, I wrote this scene on a whim (taken raw from the whole thing)
Opposed to the trainride, willed with chatter and conversation, Brainstorm couldn't think about anything to say, his mind occupied with taking in the nature around them. Small clusters of shrubs grew here and there, leading up to the forest. Hundreds of different wild flowers and crystals poked their little heads out of the masses of silicagrass. Breaking his stride as he spotted a particular pretty one, he slowed, crouched beside it. Its crystaline stem robust compared to the delicate petals. Each was opaque, almost translucent, but layered it appeared as vibrant white. It bobbed gently, catching the light of the sun.
"Tulipa adamantem." Brainstorm looked up as Perceptor crouched beside him. "A wildflower native to Iacon."
"I read up on many plantspecies over the vorns. Microscopic samples come from somewhere, chances are high that it is a plant or crystal."
"I see. How about that one." The flier pointed at the red crown of an organic flower, with a long thin stem and lush leafs at the base.
"Hmm." Perceptor squinted. "I don't know."
"Aw, this could have been your moment, Percy."
"I pride myself in knowing many things however I'm not a walking encyclopedia."
"Don't worry, you'll get another chance." Brainstorm grinned as Perceptor merely shook his helm, standing.
