when it comes to discourses like the wizard game or ai art etc; arguments like “the content isnt even that good anyway” doesnt really add anything to the overall discussion. If anything we just switch focus from the actual issues with said things. Its like pointing out grammar errors during an argument; it’s irrelevant and only comes off as us trying to find more arguments out of desperation, because the longer the list is the stronger our argument is, right? No not really. A lot of ppl in online discourse isnt gonna read through all those blocks of text.

The wizard game could have amazing graphics and extremely fun gameplay, or it could be super boring and unfinished and a waste of your time, that is still completely irrelevant to why trans and jewish people dont want you to buy or play the game.

Ai image generators can make impressive images. The critique around it has little to nothing to do with how pretty or cursed/ugly the images are, that isnt why a lot of artists dislike ai generated artworks.

I can go on with more examples. But i hope you get the point im trying to make here.
