Post show thoughts

- we have reached the end!!

- it’s certainly been a journey

- if you told me a year ago that I would start watching Supernatural because I heard Destiel became canon... I would not believe you

- I definitely didn’t expect to actually enjoy the show this much but I had a lot of fun

- I started this blog because I didn’t know anyone else who watched this show and I had to put all my thoughts somewhere or I would die

- I didn’t expect anyone to actually like reading them but if you did thank you! I hope I entertained you

- ok now for some of my ✨opinions✨

- I love the characters of this show so much they have my entire heart

- Cas is my favourite character in anything ever oh my god I would die for him

- obviously I love Dean and Sam a lot

- I also adore Rowena and Jack

- other people I really loved watching: Jo, Billie, Kaia, Claire, Crowley, Abaddon, Jody, Eileen, Gabriel, Death, Eileen, Anael

- people who deserved more screen time: Michael, Adam, Anna, Patience, Stevie, Pamela

- my favourite episode is Lazarus Rising

- my least favourite episode is a tie between 15x20 and 6x14 (the mannequin one)

- my favourite seasons are 4, 5, and 8 I can’t choose

- I genuinely liked most of season 15 but I know a lot of people didn’t

- I watched 327 episodes in a little over five months which isn’t that fast but it’s fast enough to be mildly concerning

- the highest number of episodes I watched in one day was 7

- that’s all I got for now! Now some information

- I want to leave this blog as is so I won’t be posting anything else on here

- however throughout this whole show I have been saving a lot of people’s posts as drafts so I could read/watch them when I was finished

- so I’ll be slowly reblogging those over at @cardigancas if anyone is interested

Despite the ending what did you think of the show overall? Thoughts on Destiel?

it’s hard to give thoughts on the show overall bc the quality varied so much from episode to episode, but I had a lot of fun watching it so overall positive thoughts. My thoughts on Destiel are not very coherent but basically equate to “hhhnnn they love each other 🥺”

Season 15 episode 20

- I know everything that happens in this episode and I’ve actually already seen most of it so this might be a little different from usual

- they didn’t have a road so far. They didn’t have a- they really broke a 15 season long tradition in order to erase Cas and Eileen and the others huh. Wow.

- Dean being a dick to Sam bc? He wished the rest of their family could be there? Is so terrible and out of character

- fuck John Winchester the only explanation for him in Dean’s heaven is so Cas and Mary can curbstomp him at their leisure

- I’m kinda proud of Jack. Kelly knew he could make the world better and he did. Not only that, he also made heaven better for everyone. I just love him sm.

Season 15 episode 19

- kinda homophobic that they didn’t have the “I love you” in the recap

- it’s morning. Dean really did sit there crying all night huh

- so Chuck Thanos-snapped everyone?

- “where’s Cas?” “...Dean?” “He saved me.” HE CANT TALK ABOUT IT

- OH AND THE JACKET STILL HAS THE HANDPRINT ON IT

- “it took her. And it took him. Cas is gone.” the voice crack I can’t

- POOR JACK HE LOOKS SO SAD

- “Cas?” This makes me mad bc I read the scene that was supposed to be here with Jack mourning and they just cut it all out

- God is such a bitch

- “the people, the birds, Cas. You gotta bring him back.” THROWBACK TO THE 13x01 PRAYER SCENE IM GONNA CRY

- CAS IS GONE. THATS THE LAST SCENE IM EVER GOING TO SEE WITH HIM HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE THIS

- HE REALLY SAID I LOVE YOU HUH.

- DEAN WAS ASKING HIM TO STAY. THE “why does this sound like a goodbye” AND THE “don’t do this Cas.” HES ASKING HIM TO STAY
