She’s just as beautiful as he remembers. He can’t help the wide, goofy grin that he gets at the sight of her, and it plasters itself onto his face and won’t go away.

“Figment of your Heavenly imagination?” At his dumbfounded look, she laughs, and god, he’s missed that sound. “Don’t look so surprised—I’ve been here a while, and I’ve learned a lot about how the place works. But no…it’s all me.”

Instead of responding, he kisses her, almost desperate to hold on and be sure that she won’t disappear. “I missed you so much, Jess.”

Jess smiles, and kisses him back softly. “I missed you, too, Sam.”

Doctor: I’m sorry Dean but there are things even I can’t change.

Dean: I can’t kill him.

Doctor: Oh Dean, no one is going to kill Castiel. We’re going to save him.
