Sorry to be that guy but I’m way more concerned with Hannah being so low. Sam, why?

Edit: I smell a fake here. If it isn’t then I think Sam and Josh’s lists got fused together somehow. Since Beth is where Chris would be on Josh’s stat list and he is really high like that. Jess is that high on Josh stats. There’s no way to get her that high on Sam’s list and so I would say that is most likely what happened. That or possibly with Beth’s list as hers is similar to Josh’s list but there is no super high one like Hannah is on her list but it would explain all the names being there better.

@transchrishartley Oml lol such a late response, but yeah, I was replaying with my friend and we looked it up after it happened and the game can sometimes glitch after the Emily escaping the wendigo scene. Not only did this happen but everyone had Beth and Hannah’s relationships and they all varied (ex: Emily has a low relationship with Hannah). Along with this, out butterfly affect got erased and is completely empty up until where Emily escapes the wendigo. I still have this game saved along with all the relationships and empty butterfly effect chart. So yeah, not fake and a weird glitch that really freaked me out at the time.

Someone’s probably pointed this out before, but you know what’s one of the most hilarious things I never really noticed about Until Dawn? Josh’s entire plan for the prank to go down successfully was dependent on Sam taking her three-hour bath.

Hear me out here.

Let’s quickly review his overall plan. Invite everyone to the cabin, where everything is already set up for his night of fun and theirs of terror. Tensions will predictably be high with Jess and Em in the same mile radius, so send Mike and Jess to the lovemaking cabin and steal Em’s luggage, sending her off on a wild goose chase. Back at the cabin, with Sam out of the way (more on this later), he’s free to screw with Chris and Ashley in particular. Conduct a seance, go off for some alone time and get the costume on while they investigate the library setup, then call out as if for help and knock them out. Saw trap, blah-blah-blah, run back to the lodge when he’s “dead” and spring the trap for Sam. Drug her, tie her up, then wait for Chris and Ash to arrive in the basement for the grand finale of the gun trap! Completely foolproof.

But notice that the majority of his prank is the Chris-and-Ashley show, and none of this would have been possible without Sam specifically taking her bath. She needs to be out of the way for the seance and saw trap setup, then when Josh gets back to the lodge, he obviously had predetermined plans for her. He planned out the path of balloons and candles, he had cameras set up in the bathroom, and she was the bait to lure Chris and Ashley into the basement. He also must have known that she wouldn’t come out of the bath until after he had time to do everything up to the saw trap, get back to the lodge, put together the candle/balloon trail, and edit the footage of himself being “killed” in the shed.

This took three hours, and he knew he’d have the time.

How the hell was Josh able to make this plan when so much of it relied on an abnormally long bath? Was it a weird tradition that Sam would always head straight to the bath for hours at a time when they reached the lodge? The fandom makes fun of this so much, but just imagine “Sam takes ridiculous baths” being some sort of inside joke among the kids themselves…
