*Collage for week of March 29...Visual Play turned 13 this week on April 2nd. Woo Hoo!

This most recent trip around the sun has been a time of devastating loss with the sudden death of my oldest dearest friend, Fred, last May. Then in August I had to say goodbye to my heart and love, Maybelline, a dog I took care of for thirteen and half years. In December, my Mom, having lived a long and full life, died peacefully in her sleep. What has carried me through the immense heartache and grief is showing up weekly to my practice of visual play whether sitting quietly in stillness or letting the feelings flow through my hands and scissors onto the paper. It's truly been a gift receiving inspiration and guidance taping into the rich imagination within as well as being out among nature's beauty during this time of grieving.

Infinite thanks to everyone for traveling with me as I continue to share with you my love and passion for making collages.
