just saw from another historian that aitana, patri & mariona all lived together? oh to be a fly on the walls

yup but it was just for one season or so. aitana moved back to her hometown after that. she's a total homebody. this last year when she got injured was the first time she moved back to barcelona since that time to rehab closer to the club.

aitana welcomed mundo deportivo to her hometown of sant pere de ribes, a place where “i feel at home, where i can switch off from everything and relax” and where she has decided to settle after spending some time in barcelona in the flat provided by barça, alongside mariona caldentey and patri guijarro. the catalan feels welcomed by her people, who greet her in the street, congratulate her and ask her when barça women’s next match will be played.

well, mariona joined the entire team for the group award at the ballon d'or back in 2024 when she was with arsenal, but doubt michele kang would let go of alexia’s leash to let her do the same. we can dream 😭
