Hmm, I've always found Sparking Red slightly underdeveloped. Not nearly as underdeveloped as Poison Pink, but the authors clearly preferred to write Winch Green and Electric Blue.

Even though Stealth Black isn't a fully flushed out character, he still managed to get quite popular, which is sort of funny.

I'd say Sparking Red is still pretty interesting though, he just has so much potential.
