So I just creeped and basically liked everything you had to offer, I absolutely love this blog, do any traveling yourself? What inspired you to get started?
I love to travel, but can afford to do so only sporadically. I always thought it would be fun to design my own house, and also have long had fantasies of elaborate tree homes. My friend in Vermont has a neighbor who studied with Buckminster Fuller and built his own very interesting sphere and dome shaped house, who I visit occasionally; in Niagara Falls I happened upon a museum shaped like a turtle, and on a road trip in the desert west we stopped at a souvenir shop inside a giant brontosaurus statue. There was a time when there were a bunch of tv series on like Bizarre Homes and What's With That House that I would watch with a friend and he said jokingly we should become "surrealestate agents"' creating and selling unusual homes, and the idea stuck with me.
