I have an update! I needed to take some time and just "unplug" from Facebook and Instagram. It's hard to believe how much of your time and life it absorbs! I needed to just put my phone down. So I had to check for myself what the #yogify was about. I love it!! I wish I would have looked it up sooner!! So I made that my #bootycall this morning and M1: the @blogilates banana/egg pancakes. Afternoon check in! Just completed the #loveyourbody yoga, ❤️❤️❤️ it!!! Yoga has always been my first health love! Even have my future @toneitup going with me (not bad for down dog!! Day 2 of the #7dsd! Made an apple spice @perfectfit pancake, with a tsp of applesauce/yogurt/cinnamon topping. Did the sunrise routine for my #bootycall (because it's below zero to go running and I'm so far from the gym) and I added 2 miles walking, 2 for my #loveyourbody hiit routine yesterday giving me 4 miles towards #100byvday. Good morning!! After 15 hours straight of moving and the start of unpacking it's time for some normalcy. We moved all day in -15 below weather (miserable) but that didn't stop my princess from being all smiles!! Also adding 10 miles yesterday, for the five hours of 3 flights of stairs up and down to my #100byvday which gives me 80.5 total. I'm super close! Went back to eating a good normal #tiumeals m1: berry oatmeal, I used pineapple instead of berries. And I'm even going to make time for a #loveyourbody workout today!! Yay! Helllooo #tiusisters !! I'm so busy it's crazy! And I hurt my back the other day so I've been pretty miserable :( Other than that I added 11 miles to #100byvday giving me 70.5 total. I better pick up the pace!!! Tossed in a shout out from @karenakatrina which is super exciting!!! They are the best trainers ever! Added a sample of my #tiumeals despite the moving limit of things to eat :) and we chopped 4" off my babies hair!!! She looks so much older than 5 now. I felt bad but it needed to be done. Hope everyone is surviving the cold and snow. Tomorrow is our official moving day and I won't have internet until Tuesday :( ⛄️⛄️😎😎

Howdy #tiusisters !!! I've been SO busy I can barely think! We are busy packing for our big move Friday!! Here's my day in pictures. Added 4 miles giving me 59.5 for #100byvday (but I may need to check that). Loving my hot momma @britneyspears on this cover!!! My #tiumeals were easy things like pineapples, luna bars, salads and lean and clean @karenakatrina approved dinners!! Also my hubby thinks I may have a bun in my oven due to the fage/pb tipped with choc granola for dessert. That would be exciting!!! Otherwise it's just delicious!! Life's been so crazy busy! We got the job care taking at the tow homes down the road so we are hurry up and pack mode! We have ten days to get moved!! Added 3 miles to #100byvday giving me 45 total.
