Miles x Duke headcanons!

Miles and Duke meet while fighting a villain, but its really late so Miles who has a curfew is really sloppy trying to get it over quickly and Duke who's been on shift since sunrise is tired as fuck. They defeat the villain (its some low level criminal) but they keep getting in each others way

Technically speaking they only really met at the interschool science competition between Gotham Academy and Brooklyn Visions. Brooklyn wins by a point during titration cause Duke was too busy staring at Brooklyn's physics kid (Miles who else) and fucked up the calc slightly

Miles likes wearing Duke's clothes because holy fuck Duke is a fashion icon. Since Duke is connected to the Waynes he gets sent the good pr stuff which Miles promptly steals

Duke unironically gets Miles sunflowers for his birthday, and Miles thinks its endearing but outwardly calls Duke uncreative

They go on gallery dates. Duke talks through each piece and Miles sits back pretending he doesn't know because he likes hearing Duke talk

When Duke met Jefferson for the first time he cried. Don't get him wrong Bruce is a cool father figure, but Jefferson's humour is similar to Doug's

Miles took over Duke's makeup because none of the MUA's have his shade but Miles can just make it from scratch

Duke and Tiana Toomes are on surprisingly good terms. Miles and Isabella Ortiz are not, but its cause Miles ragebaits her by "correcting" her Spanish (he's pronouncing it wrong on purpose). She knows he's messing with her but it still drives her up the walls.

Solo #10, written and illustrated by one of her creators, damion scott, it features a slightly alternate universe cass, includes a short stephbin + cassgirl story, AND... tim x cass dating.. and sharing the batman mantle when they're adults. but the stephbin + cassgirl is everything <3 Batman: City of light. okay so. batgirl 2000 is pretty much the peak cass content ur gonna get. after the solo ended editorial wanted Cass to be ... more morally grey. so she was turned into a complete villain during the One Year Later storyline and it would eventually be retconned because of how baffling it all was. unless you're aiming for completion, i really wouldn't recommend reading any of it ToT. but here it is nonetheless

In my head Duke and Cassandra have an ongoing competition on who can get the drop on Bruce the most. Duke uses his light manipulating abilities and Cassandra her training. They’re currently at 5-4 with Cassandra in the lead. Bruce is stressed and doesn’t know how to make them stop. He’s gotten better a realizing whenever they’re there though.

The scene in the No Man's Land novelization where Bruce is trying to figure out what language Cass speaks, and Cass finally manages to communicate to him that she doesn't speak a language but rather in movement, and Bruce tells her he understands what she's saying - after half a book of Cass struggling to communicate and no one really getting it and her POV sometimes being that it isn't worth the effort to try to communicate some important but ultimately miniscule detail - I mean really it's no wonder she and Bruce so quickly come to mean so much to each other

The reason they haven't made a game starring Cassandra Cain yet is because they'd have to put a rival bossfight with Shiva in there somewhere and videogames aren't allowed to be that good. As of yet the technology does not exist.
