Beautiful Rosary I found on the flee market.
It dates back to somewhere between 1914 and 1930. The backside of the medal shows us it’s from the „Schönestatt“ group a Merian Group founded in 1914.
The group was suppressed during the Nazi regime what makes me belive the rosary was produced before or in the early years of their reign .
The seller told me he thinks it’s should date to the early 1900,s to.
The front of the medal with the beutiful detailed picture of the Mother of God has the words „a servant of Mary will never parish“ written in Latin
The little bag wich from the smell and materials I guess is as old as the rosary has the words „my companion“ in German on it.
The beets and the cross seems to be made out of Perlmutt.
