After a lot of downs, i'm finally seeing the scale move in the right direction.

Here we go again
Starting weight : 243 lbs (March, 8th) (Highest was 247 lbs, before the appointement)
Current weight : 238 lbs (March, 25th) (and lowest weight since jan.2018)
Goal weight : 175 lbs (Asap? :))
Since March 8th, 2018, I am seeing a nutritionnist-dietetician. She’s really helping me with food knowledge and portion control.
Since then, i’ve been working on listening to my own body. Apparently, i don’t even know when i’m hungry. So, for these past 3 weeks, I have been eating only when hungry (real hunger, not just boredom, emotions or anything that could trigger hunger). Therefore, I have had a lot less of ‘snackccidents’ and I have since lost about 4 lbs.
Still not listening 100% to my body. I don’t feel hunger, i have to learn what it feels like and listen to it. I snack a lot less and when I do, my homework is to eat slowly and enjoy every bite of this food because THERE WILL BE NO OTHER SNACK. (When in desperate food craving but no hunger ---- drink water or do something usefull that will keep your mind busy)
Changing your habits/relationship with food, learning how to listen to your body and staying motivated really is a challenge. I’m glad i’m followed and encouraged throughout all of these steps.
Stay focus and keep your goal in sight.

saw this when i was downtown today :)
I feel like fasting but I can't stand the feeling of being hungry. Also, it's not super healthy. But I wanna lose weight...
Today I feel miserable. Haven't lost a single pound since I started working out. Even worse, I gained 10lbs. I'm now at a new highest weight and it disgust me. Looking at my reflection, i'm not quite sure where that weight's gone cause my clothes still fits the same. But I must have changed for the worse. Sorry me, letting myself down again, even tho i'm trying hard to lose weight. It'll be better tomorrow, I guess.
